No one ever apparently answers that question. All I've read is that the construction is better and that they sound a bit better. Don't know if they are better for gaming though.

I felt kinda special I got the first set on ebay. There wasn't many buys when I got my pair (had to double check to make sure they REALLY were the right ones) but about 3 minutes after I posted this thread the headphones started going QUICK!

Same. I'd hope that the greedy few would get their orders canceled. I'd still also hope that this deal pops up one more time. I've been wanting to get this for someone for a few months now, but I couldn't due to the pricing. ATH-AD700's almost as good, but the colors are awful, despite having a nice price. ATH-AD900's colors are great, with better sound quality to boot, but I can't seem to justify a $200 purchase on a pair of gift headphones...

I've already got myself good headphones, the Beyerdynamic DT880 (600 Ohm), and I really wanted to get ONE of these, not for myself, but as a gift to someone else. I'd probably also bundle the gift with the Fiio E10 deal from Adorama, so they can listen to their music with great quality.

But honestly, the greed to buy 20 or 30 (maybe even more) pairs of headphones is appalling. To think people would sink so low for a deal. It's no better than the morons who push each other on a Black Friday opening at a B&M store.

All orders getting canceled, we get reimbursed with a "free shipping coupon" for our next purchase. Somehow they listed this 3 separate times with a "typo" in price.

Got an order cancellation this morning, yet just received a shipping confirmation on the order? Anyone else? And I ordered directly from the buydig site.

I paid with Amazon Payments and I got a cancellation this morning and a shipping notification now...weird.

I ordered through eBay. I haven't gotten any of the e-mails y'all are talking about (shipping or refund). Anyone else in my boat? There's no tracking, refund or e-mails besides the one when I bought the item.

This will be real disappointing if they refund after showing this price three different times.

My cancellation email had an order number in it. Used that to create an account on their website and my order shows as cancelled. Still shows active on eBay and PayPal though.

You can't leave negative feedback for them until after 7 days. I have the feeling in a week their eBay feedback score will take a nosedive.

I'm kinda surprised nobody is going ape poop over this. I got my cancellation email too but eBay order details is still there and they haven't refunded me yet. Also no shipping confirmation as well.

I will wait to see what happens on Monday. If they end up cancelling all of the eBay orders I will keep pressing eBay until their account is closed. No normal eBay seller would get away with cancelling 400 orders.

For those of you that purchased from eBay, Buydig's reference to any terms and conditions listed outside eBay (ie their website pricing policy) is completely irrelevant. You made a purchase from a buyer named Buydig on eBay - and just like any other transaction on eBay, the sale is governed by eBay's terms and conditions. The condition that applies is that the Seller must deliver the product sold unless they a) did not receive payment or b) cannot reach the buyer. If every seller referenced an outside term and condition not listed in their eBay listing they could get out of any sale for any reason - eBay would cease to function as an efficient & fair marketplace.

I urge you to speak up about Buydig's unscrupulous tactics (referencing unagreed T&C and emailing outside the governing marketplace). Furthermore, I brought this issue to their attention and they replied that the item is out of stock which is also a blatant lie. These guys have no shame.

Came in and out of stock several times, apparently even on their own website. It wasn't even the most shocking of black friday deals, in fact it was somewhat blown out of proportion. Using ebay in the past, several times I've been scared to death to cancel orders. One time I was selling my receiver, put the price as the units and hundreds were sold for a dollar. My feedback was torn apart, ebay did nothing to help. Ever since then there has been several occasions that my auction didn't go high and I would have loved to cancel but I've gone through with it. This was just one of the 2009 Dell deals that deserves negative feedback. It was clearly not a mistake. Look, there throwing out other deals right now.

I have documented the entire process and will file in my local small claims court if buydig doesn't follow through with their obligations. It is obviously not a price error because there were 2 separate auctions listed hours apart, as well as the low price on their website. Nobody makes a typo 3 times.

Anyone get them to honor their price yet?

uhmmmm i have an ebay store and you can easily set it to relist after it sells out. Not defending buydig since i wanted one too but ebay has auto reslist

A lot of companies will offer a coupon or store credit when they make a price mistake. To me, this is like store credit, but even better. Honestly though, I really just want the headphones. Heh.
