This is NOT the RT version that has been out for a couple of weeks. This version runs the full version of Windows 8. You can install any windows software on this. This is the 64gb version. Here is a review:

This also looks to be the VivoTab with an active digitizer, though I can't tell whether B&H is including a stylus.

Yes the TF810c does include a stylus

There is also a USB 3 adapter and a folio case included

this one's a tough sell with the just confirmed Win8 Pro Surface launching soon with a $899 starting price that gets you a i5 ivg bridge cpu instead of this weak performing atom cpu.

The problem with the Pro is the weak battery life. MSFT themselves said it would be about half of the Surface RT which would put it around 4 1/2 hours. Any thought of having mobility with the Pro went out the window (no pun intended) with that. You can have all the specs you want but if a tablet only holds 4 1/2 hours of battery life it's going to be a tough sell imho. If MSFT believes the Surface Pro is the device that's going to drive sales (considering Surface RT sales have been weak) then they'll be sadly mistaken. And at $899 they can't throw in the keyboard cover? For sure Surface Pro is going to be a niche product.

I think the 3rd party manufacturers have it right with the Atom processor for RT. MSFT should have packaged the Surface RT with the Atom instead of an ARM cpu as it's too weak. I'm more interested in the Lenovo ThinkPad 2 as it combines RT and Atom for $700 with a digitzer.

the first batch of RT tablets using the Tegra 3 may be weak due to how old that cpu is relative to other offerings. if the 2nd wave of RT tablets use something like the recent Samsung A15 dual-core chip, performance and efficiency should improve a lot. anandtech had an article on Samsung's A15 performance is comparable to Intel's Atom using 2 difference chromebooks.

as for win8 pro and battery life, i'll reserve final judgment until the product is out. it's no doubt the higher end spec of win8 pro surface tablet will draw a lot more power but there's also the bigger battery that's packed in vs. the standard RT Surface.
