The coupon has an online code and the Lego TRU truck is currently $39.99 online, not sure if it will drop at 3pm or not.

Why would you get a truck that is plastered with a company logo that practices deceptive advertising?

There aren't any at stores near me or either of my sisters' houses. Even if we can get the same price online, shipping looks like it will be $7. Must be someone's way of telling me I don't need to buy any more Legos right now.

Yeah, shipping ruins the Lego truck deal. Not in stock at any stores within 40 miles of me...

Per the sale, $50 = free shipping. I'll probably couple this w/the Thomas playset and $5 worth of LPS stuff to reach the free shipping.

As for the 3PM deal, I wonder if that'll be 12PM for those of us on the west coast.

call the store and have them put on hold for you. it showed no stock for my store, i called and they have it. was able to put 1 on hold. so i would recommend call your store to double check. not sure why it's showing no stock

stupid toysrus. Just like every one of their sales on legos you have to jump through hoops to make anything work or get anything at a real discount. This is why I don't like shopping with them.

Its working now, i was on the phone with a guy for 40 minutes, got the 25% off and he give me a code for $10 off. I used code 956930 he told me to use that code for the 25% off

I was able to finally get the promotional code to work using IE; for whatever reason, Chrome and Firefox were a no go.

Ended up ordering the Thomas Quarry Climb set, the Lego City truck and a Littlest Pet Shop Roller Coaster play set; ~$59 w/state tax and free shipping. Wouldn't have been able to replicate in-store, as the Lego set isn't stocked locally.

956930 worked for me. Grabbed three. However it can only be used once per order per account.

Also note that the Garbage Truck (LEGO 4432) is only $17.59. Usually going for $30 at main LEGO website.

Garbage truck is $19.99 or less everywhere. Some sets in Shop@home have higher price for no reason. $17.59 is still discount from $19.99 so not a bad deal but I grabbed some when Meijer had sale on BOGO at $15 each.

Too bad the truck set has gratuitous TRU advertising. Kind of a turn off IMO.

on an another TRU thread - i picked up the Monster Fighters The Werewolf set today for $17.99 (got them to price match) plus 2 of the polybag Hobbit Gandalf sets. Used my Groupon and a $3 Rewards R Us voucher that was due to expire on Dec 8 (and yeah, thanks TRU for NOT telling me about that!!). Total cost to me $3.60 plus the $10 I used to pay for the Groupon. Nae bad!

Just went to see if my TRU had the lego truck even though it said unavailable at store and no store pickup. Low and behold they had about 6 of them on the shelf. SO if it says OOS please call or go to the store. You might be surprised. Thanks for posting the deal. I can never have enough legos in my gift pile.

Yes it does. I got this ad in my paper today and saw they had the Nerf Vortex Nitron and the N-Strike Stampede ECS-50 in this ad. I went to the store to get the Stampede ECS and I saw they had a sign up that said BOGO 40% off all Nerf (excludes laser tag and clearance). I asked and the cashier didn't think it would combine but I just had him ring it all and it did. So the first one is $24.37, and the second is only 14.99 or so. I left the receipt in my car. So it's basically 2 for $40!

It's ok, but I've been wanting one of those for my son. Online It's 2 for 48.

You don't have to put the stickers on. You can buy FedEx, UPS, Target stickers on ebay. Not sure about Home Depot.


I was able to use my Groupon instore. Less than $15 (counting groupon cost). Pretty good to me.
