I logged in since a long while, and now, they require you to enroll in their crappy "wellness+ ONLINE ENROLLMENT" program. Else, I can't get to my photo album that I created a long time ago, which I want another print. Freaking sucks

You have to enable java for it to work. If you use Chrome once you click select a drop down menu will ask you to either to "update" or "run this time". Just click "run this time" and it should work.

Ugh, I tried in Firefox and it wouldn't work after installing Java.
Then tried Chrome and nothing happened.
I finally went with the dreaded IE 9, installed plug-in and it worked without a hitch.:lol:

Looks like you need java installed (or you could just do a "run this time" mode on the browser) to upload your photos.
You also need to sign in and if your wellness+ card is not linked yet, you'll have to do that, there will be a screen for you to submit the form after login.
I tried ordering another set of 25 but the coupon is limited to a one time use per account.

I ordered mine and went to go pick it up. They had my photos but tried ringing me up. I even showed them the confirmation email saying it was free. They then proceeded to look in the circular looking for it when I kept telling them it was an online discount code. They told me to come back later because the manager wasn't there. I hate ignorant people! NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT!!!

I had no issues picking up mine today. The clerk looked oddly at the "receipt" (printed on 4x6 photo paper) and then asked "Did you already pay for these?". I just agreed and said that I paid for them online. She handed them to me and off I went! The "receipt" clearly shows the total as $0.00.

It was fine for me. They asked how much is it online per print but I said its already paid for. I showed email from phone . Also, the receipt printed in 4x6 clearly says 25 photos at $0.00.

Picked up mine, cashier didn't know what to do, manager came up and handed them to me. He opened them to make sure they were mine, glad I didn't print anything embarrassing, lol. Quality kind of sucks on these prints and some pictures got cropped weirdly. WAGS at least has a warning for those and the option for their non-cropped size.

I picked up the order today. Be prepared that they are not experienced with online order for free and then pick up.

I waited at Register for more than 10 minutes and they don't have a way to check out as the price is zero. They kinda don't want to take the prints for free, even though I have the pick up email ready for them. Their own "receipt" also shows 0.00

So be prepared for the inexperienced clerk.

I am trying to place my order online. The code EPRNT does say it is taking off the charge for 25 photos, but when I go to "checkout", there is a charge of $4.02 showing. When I try to reapply the coupon, it says its already been applied? Frustating after spending the time uploading the photos with their terrible software.

Fiddling with it, I got it to work. I clicked 'undo" on the apply coupon section, and reapplied the coupon. Seemed to work!

how long did it take for you guys to get the photos? Mine said in a couple of days??? really? that long?

I believe that I ordered on the first day of the deal, and I received an email last night that they are ready for pickup.

Huge issues picking up my order yesterday. Nothing showed up in the system so I couldn't pick up anything, after 15 minutes of waiting -_-

I can't believe my local Rite Aid. Took three days to get an email that they were ready. A couple days later I picked them up. There were multiple orders just laying out on some makeshift table against the wall. Clerk gave me my order (literally 26 loose 4x6s) and suggested I check them. They are really dark, half are unusable. I asked if there was an envelope and she grabbed one for film to be developed. No need to ring them up, apparently. Definitely felt sketchy privacy-wise. You should at least put them in an envelope, not stacked with other customer's orders. But no "issues" getting them.

Not even worth going back to get reprints. I'll wait for Walgreens with their offerrs.

I have the same exact issue at my store. It's embarrassing because the clerk treats me like I'm trying to scam them. It does seem like online doesn't send them any paperwork so I don't really blame them.

My local RiteAid refuses to give me my order. They claimed that their machine was broken, and to come back in a week. I came back in a week, and they told me their machine was broken... while other people were picking up their prints. I went back a few days later and told them I had a photo order to pick up. They asked me for my name, had piles of print-outs, but couldn't find it. When I told them that it was an online order, she told me to hold on a second, spoke to a manager, then came back to tell me that their machine was broken.


Since their machine is clearly working (it's printing out photos in front of my eyes! customers are picking up their orders!), it seems that they just have a stock excuse to give out to anyone who has placed a free order.
