Does the captcha work on eBay for anyone?
 

I have noticed recently that every captcha displayed by eBay is incorrect. The only way for my typed-in captcha to be accepted is to listen to the audio that eBay provides. The cruddy thing with that is they have random accents speaking each number, it varies between men's voices and women's voices, not every spoken number is entirely clear, and it goes so fast that I often have to listen a couple of times to catch all six numbers.

Does anyone else experience this?

It's not a matter of how many times I have to enter it. For me, the displayed captcha is not the captcha that the site is expecting. The audible captcha is always different than the displayed captcha and the audible captcha is the one that the site accepts

they probably do it on purpose

I get it as well. I just do the audio version which works fine.
