- How may I contact them?

- When does the promotion end? The program will end on December 31, 2013, (but has often been renewed).

- Codes with 12 characters are still be accepted; (still working as of late January, 2013.)

- Weekly Point Limits, Invalids & Start and End of Weeks:

Up to 120 points per week are permitted to be entered per account per week. A week starts at 12:00 a.m. E.T., each Monday, and ends at 11:59 p.m. E.T. each following Sunday.

Any Bonus Points earned are not included in the 120 point weekly limit.

From the 2013 rules:
"The current phase of the Program begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 1, 2013 and is scheduled to end at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2013 (the "Redemption Period"), but Sponsor reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the Program, at its discretion, at any time.

"Codes may be entered beginning 12:00 a.m. ET on January 1, 2013 until 11:59 p.m. ET on November 30, 2013 (the "Collection Period")."

"However, if an Enrollee enters 20 invalid codes on a given day Enrollee will be unable to enter any more codes that day."

Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid, Powerade & Powerade Zero, Fuze, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's.

- Point Values:
Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).

All bottle cap codes, across all brands, are worth 3 points regardless of size of bottle.

• 12 oz., 12.5 oz., 14 oz., 16 oz., .5 Liter, 20 oz., 24 oz., 32 oz., 1 Liter, 1.25 Liter, 1.5 Liter, 2 Liter, 2.5 Liter, 3 Liter, 50 oz caps = 3 points
• 8 pack cans = 8 points
• 12 pack - Fridge Pack (flap) = 10 points
• 15 pack ("3 cans free") = 10 points
• 18 pack cans, (box or plastic wrap) = 15 points
• 20 pack cans (inside box) = 18 points
• 24 pack - Dasani bottles (plastic wrap) = 20 points
• 24 pack cans (big flap on side of box) = 20 points
• 30 pack cans (big box) = 25 points
• 32 pack cans (plastic wrap) = 25 points

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Four of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: A B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

Note: 'A' is only accepted in 12-character codes.

* There are also four accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters

• B = 8
• V = U
• 5 = S
• 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

Hey, just decided to post this to help people who are getting Blockbuster Rentals from MyCokeRewards.

If you have coupons come up as already redeemed, when you know for a fact that they haven't been used, its not your fault.

Mycokerewards coupons have been having some issues, and some coupons are just invalid coupons.

Instead of saying "wow, i got owned" you should GET A REFUND!

Follow these steps...

1) Go to mycokerewards.com
2) Click FAQ
3) Click "ask hank"
4) Type "email" and hit "talk"
5) Click the "email us" link that shows up
6) Type a message saying that you had x number of coupons come up already redeemed
7) Wait for a reply and a credit of the amount of points the invalid coupons cost!

TIP: Enter Your Caps Faster

[DISCLAIMER: This might work for me simply because of my browser (Firefox) and/or certain combinations of add-ons, so it might not work for everyone.]

When you enter a code on the MCR site, I'm pretty convinced that the codes are pre-programmed with the number of points you will receive for it. So after you type you code (or copy/paste) and press Enter, don't bother clicking the bottle to select the flavor it came from--and (at least for me) you don't have to click that black X. Just type or paste the next code over the last one, press Enter, and keep repeating.
You won't see your points total increase until you do select a flavor but if you enter 10 codes, for example, and click a flavor only for the 10th code, you'll see them increase 30 points all at once.

NOTES:
~ Be sure you press Enter after each code, otherwise you obviously won't get credited for it.
~ Keep an eye out for the error box to show up. It's easier to miss than you might think when you're using this method.
~ As I'm sure some would point out, there's always the option of using the MCR widget (which doesn't ask you about flavors at all), but this is the next best thing if you're not excited about having to install Yahoo! Widgets just to use it.

Identifying Coke products

You may want to know what type of drink a particular MCR flap came from. If, for example, MCR has another selective point-doubling day (in fall 2007, there was a week when Minute Maid and Nestea codes doubled), it would be handy to know if some of the flaps you have saved up are the right type. With that in mind, I made a few notes on the fridge-pack circle-and-bottle logos which are currently in use:

Flaps:
Red circle, white bottle: All Coke products (Coke, Diet Coke, Caffeine Free Coke, Coke Zero & etc.) and Barqs
Dark green circle, white bottle: Sprite
Green circle, white bottle: Vault, Fanta
Lime green circle, white bottle: Vault Zero
Medium blue circle, white bottle: Nestea
Dark blue circle, white bottle: Fresca
White circle, black bottle: Minute Maid

What is that model number?
MCR rarely gives us much info on their rewards, often even leaving out the model number. If you've gotten a reward, post the model number here so others thinking about getting it can do their research. You may want to include the date you ordered it, in case Coke changes what they ship out.

$40 FTD looks interesting; Mrs Fields cookies is $30, and leaves $10 for S/H.

I have a couple of 12 point codes from 12 packs that are perfectly readable but are just not being accepted. I read the 1st page of this post, saying that 12 point codes were being phased out.....have they stopped accepting those?

(some from entering codes and some by iwg.) these were all won in the last couple days of the game..2 sets of the tickets was on same accounts..same day.

They cancelled orders when two orders were placed in the same day for the same address. That happened to me also. Against the rules and all that.... I understood the business reason for it, so no problem there.

That must have been after I placed my orders. I had two coupons, so I placed two orders for the same item. Their system thought they were duplicate orders, so I only receive confirmation on the first. I called and they rolled both orders into one and still gave me the $20.00 off.

A good Wednesday deal is really in the eye of the redeemer. I do get a couple of magazines through MCR, so when one of them goes half-price, it's renewal time. It just doesn't mean much for most of the group -- and I really wish the magazine catalog would add a more diverse selection of titles.

That's my problem with the magazine select too. Tend to be mostly what I would call women's magazines for the Wednesday deals.

As you enter codes, first type them into a word processor document. Copy and paste the codes into the coke site to get points.

Now you can throw the caps away, and still have codes to use for text and win games. The last one just ended, but there is a new one this spring.

Don't worry. Last year I had quite a few supposedly sent at the same time. It started with a trickle, then increased to a bunch at once, then tapered off again. It took about 2 weeks to get them all.

Also, if you happened to get the Facebook special, those seemed to have gone out first.

Nope. They come in waves, singles, bunches, and zeroes. First day you might get twenty of them, the next two days none at all, then the day after that you get three, two days after that you get seventeen more. There's no rhyme or reason, it seems, and even though they confirm X number shipping on one day, that doesn't necessarily equate to them actually being all shipped out on that same day.

I, for one, have forty-seven confirmed shipped, and have received exactly none. I'm not worried about it, really.

I (may) live the closest to Rockford, Minn., of all of us here, but I always seem to be among the last to receive the popular MCR redemptions! :lol:
