If you have a Costco, the 3-pk for $15-$20 techlite is much better but not IPX4 rated. Started out at 9.xx but seems to be stuck at 10.99?

i can't get it to do anything other than $10.99

Always comes up at $9.51 for me. I thought maybe they used a cookie in Google Chrome that I am using, so I tried IE. It still came up at $9.51 there in several tries.

Good price for a good flashlight but it was unavailable for me.
