Thank you to the OP awein for posting this deal. :worship: I'd never heard of this product or Muscle HQ before and would never have found this great product were it not for SD and the OP of that thread. There were a couple of threadcrappers in there saying that this wasn't a good product ~ I disagree, it's not really comparable to a speed-bag alone as you can go up, down underhand, overhand and sideways with this thing as well to work different areas.
