Was a bit hesitant, yet ordered. OP, how do you know we get a key valid for use with the US Steam app? I imagine you tried?

If so, how long did it take before you received a confirmation e-mail or whatever w/the key? It's been approximately 30 mins now for me and I've received nothing, which makes me a bit worried as usually most of the purchases of these sorts are instantaneous.

UPDATE: I ordered around 3am and I finally received the e-mail w/the key around 9am this morning. Downloading now. So, it's legit. I just hate when those e-mails take forever. Thanks OP. BTW, the games didn't show up in my library after using the key. I had to exit Steam and restart for some reason for them to show up.

This certainly sounds interesting, but hearing 30 mins with no response isn't helping me take the jump.

Bought one about 40 min ago and got the key immediately when I checked out on their website. Just now got the email with the same key in it. However I'm not at home to test out the key and I can't install steam on the computers at work -_-.

If it's legit it's a great price. Skyrim plus DLC is 40$+ on a good day by itself.

Reviews [trustpilot.co.uk] for this site are not exactly inspiring confidence. And the fact that they don't take PayPal is a deal-breaker for me -- always hesitant to give out CC info to int'l vendors.

EDIT/UPDATE: So the deal proved to be too tempting to resist, especially with all the bundled DLC. :) I've had Oblivion GOTY for a while, but never Morrowind or Skyrim. So I called my CC company to confirm their online fraud protection policy and, after being satisfied with the response, placed my order. I got my Steam key immediately upon checkout, and was able to activate it with no problem. There was a 2-3 minute delay before all the games showed up in my Library, but I am now happily downloading Skyrim. And I can confirm that both the Dawnguard and Hearthfire DLC are included, as Steam says I own them also.

I got my key right away on the page after I submitted the payment. I activated my key on my Steam account and downloaded Skyrim. I checked the expansion pages (Hearthfire and Dawnguard) and both pages said I already own the expansion. :)

just ordered now, received the key immediately in the message that follows the checkout, didn't even have to check email. activates fine and didn't immediately show up on library but everything's there after a quick restart of steam.

Bought earlier today. Came out to just over $33. Great deal on 3 games with all DLC seeing as Skyrim still goes for $50. Key was on the confirmation page after checking out. All installed on my US Steam account with no problem.

Most people who wanted these got them by the gamersgate price error minus the skyrim DLCs(which are not that great anyway), probably why so little activity.

morrowind is good though.

On the checkout page it shows VAT, but actually it doesn't charge VAT on the order confirmation page.

As for the code, I got it right after I checked out, I didn't even have to wait for an email and it worked on steam perfectly.

How is that? Most everyone got their orders cancelled AFAIK including me.

If you were able to get even one of the Steam keys for any of the games in the collection (i.e. there were still keys available at the time you purchased, and you clicked on the "Show Serial Key" button and got a key), they honored the deal. They refunded everyone else. Even some people who got some of their keys were refunded (I believe this happened to the people who gifted some of the games or the entire collection to themselves or someone else). So these people got all the games (presumably they will also get the keys that were originally unavailable, in mid-January) for free!

I honestly don't like any of the Bethesda games that I've played, and think their products pale in comparison to other old school PC rpgs from which they originally competed and now inadequately ape. They butchered Fallout 3 and NV, and I know other will disagree, but I think the new games utterly pale by almost every metric compared to the old games.

So I'd pass, but that's just my advice, and tastes definitely differ.

Oh, I forgot about that deal. The website was getting hammered so I couldn't get my order in for that bundle.

I forgot about the new Dragonborn DLC for PC coming out this month, I wonder if this pack would have included that if it came out after the DLC. (doubtful imo though)

Got one with a shopsafe number. Code was on the final checkout screen. Activated fine on steam, downloading skyrim as we speak. Only downside from here is if the codes were stolen or bought with stolen credit cards. But that'll take 3-6 months to unwind, and I'll probably be tired of the games by then.

I believe the GOTY editions (morrowind, oblivion) have all the DLC built in, not add ons. Not sure about hearthfire or dawnguard.

I just actually beat Dawnguard this morning, and I thought it was really good. The character you have as your companion is probably one of the best in the game. You actually get attached to her. Much better character development, which usually never happens with Bethesda games.

Anyone having any accessing the site? It is "connecting" forever for me.

Nice deal if I didn't own this whole collection already. Skyrim with free Steam HD mod looks great and with side quests there are hours upon days upon weeks or months of great gameplay. Keep a few save files handy as there are glitches in this awesome game.

I am starting to worry. I just got a order confirmation and nothing else. I dont get it.

I purchased this an hour and a half ago. The confirmation email came within minutes, but no key yet.

I managed to get one off of someone for $35, but still have not received a single key. I'm assuming I'll get it eventually because he hasn't gotten a refund, but this is still a great deal since Hearthfire+Dawnguard are worth like $12. Other than Dishonored, none of the other games I think are really noteworthy besides maybe RAGE.

I agree this is still a great deal (although the lack of Dragonborn is annoying).

But for me the Bethesda bundle would have been the better buy. Even though I already have most of the bundled games on the 360, for the price I would have liked to finally try out some mods (especially with Fallout and Elder Scrolls).

I actually got the activation keys on the order complete page after purchase. I used that key to activate on Steam and everything is correct and working perfect.

There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to who receives codes after checkout, who receives them through email (and when), and who gets the order cancelled.

Not everybody is getting the activation key after finalizing. Mine screen had everything else except for the "You can now enjoy..." and the code.

I never got that or if I did I completely missed it. How the heck do I get it if I missed that page? I dont get why it wouldnt be included in email. I emailed them over 3 hours ago with no answer either. I will never be ordering from this place again that's forsure.

Folks that are getting codes are getting them on their final check out page AND via email shortly there after.

I have not read a post where someone DID NOT get them at check out but got them instead via email.

Seems to be the following 2 scenarios:

1- Order is okay and approved, then you get codes at checkout AND via email both.

Or

2- Order is accepted. No codes at checkout. Confirmation email sent within 10 min after. Still no codes. Then cancellation email later on still.

Used MC and still waiting for the code. Got the confirmation email thats telling me it's processing my order.. I made an account to be on the safe side and I do not like waiting this long for an email for my code's.

The code was in the order confirmation screen and in the first and only email I received.

My bet is that adblock, donottrack or some other adblock/tracking blocker is hiding it, and the page/email have it as some kind of dynamically generated content.

I've had to disable adblock and do not track a lot lately, as many web sites have coded themselves either quite poorly or to not work well when the ads aren't being shown.

Or perhaps its because some people used sketchy credit cards that didn't give a full confirmation of the transaction at first, or maybe their cards have too much fraud protection.

Funny because I've been called about six times in the last ~2 months for "did you make this charge?" on ordinary local stuff, but I buy game codes from a company in england that I've never done business with...thats okay! :lol:

I don't think it's adblock. I have ordered the games twice, one on a pc with adblock and one without. In both instances I was able to get a code immediately after. I used a Mastercard (Citi Dividend) and generated a virtual account number for the purchases. Whatever the issue is, hoping that people can get their codes. This deal is too good to pass up!

It activated on Steam for me, and the expansions can be seen by clicking on the DLC link in the game's page. When you go to the store page for the DLC it should say "You already own blah blah blah...".

The DL content will be installed when you install the game. It's in the DLC tab. Took me a while to see it

Getting back on track, I've been reading through the thread here and on reddit [game.co.uk] and it seems like most people that are having issues getting keys are using VISA cards. Not sure if that means anything or it's just a coincidence, but I had the same problem with keys never coming and then my order being cancelled many hours later-- Placed an order with MasterCard and I got my keys two hours later.

You would never get deleted for posting something about not receiving a key or inquiring as to how long it takes to get a key. It's part of the deal.

But, don't complain about the hamsters not running fast enough to power the servers..... the mods don't like us complaining about the hamsters running too slowly. It's well-known the mods don't feed the hamsters enough.

$33 is a great deal but still too rich for my tastes..... need to clear out some titles on steam before jumping on this.

I read through the first few pages and this last page here, am I the only one who got the key immediately after checkout? It had it right on the webpage that displayed the order confirmation.

So I already had Skyrim on Steam but saw it is about $25 for DLC so I would buy the package and give the extra Skyrim copy to a friend via the gift system. Skyrim did not appear as a gift so I will have to contact Steam about that :(

BTW I got the code instantly. It wasn't emailed but rather displayed during the final stage of checkout.

Also, I used BoA's ShopSafe to generate a random Visa number with a $35 limit. I was charged $33.35 and do not see a foreign transaction fee.

Anyone know if there will be exchange rate conversion charges for using a US Mastercard? Has anyone who got in on this deal early been hit with a big charge on your CC bill? Many years ago I got hit with a $20 exchange rate fee on a $10 deal from a Canadian website. I've been jumpy about non-US deals ever since when I can't use paypal or they don't charge in USD.

It does charge VAT. VAT is part of the advertised price. It's just showing you how much of the price is VAT. Advertised prices in the UK already include VAT. This is true on Amazon.co.uk as well! Amazon actually subtracts the VAT at checkout if you're international though, so you end up paying LESS than the advertised price. :P

As proof, the listed VAT is 3.44 GBP at a 20% rate. Subtract 3.44 GBP from the final 20.61 GBP and you get 17.17 GBP. What is 20% of 17.17 GBP? 3.44 GBP.

Okay, called my card. Anyone with a Capital One card will be happy to know they did away with currency conversion fees. Got my code instantly and activated through Steam.

Great deal, but I'll wait for the inevitable goatee edition. Seems like the Dragonborn DLC is pretty decent. And I had to restart steam.

It depends on your card. Many cards these days have a set percentage they charge for any transaction made outside the US. It is usually set at 3%. The charge usually doesn't show on your card right away either. It comes a few days later. Check your card agreement for details. All SDers should have at least 1 card in their arsenal that does not have this fee.

I'm just getting an "Ooops! Something has gone wrong!" generic error when I try to access the link. I guess the deal is dead :( Just missed it. Can't find it as a product available on the site, either.

Ordered around 2 pm yesterday w/ mastercard. Still have not received my key. Checked order status on the site today and it shows shipped for a "Download" order. No trace of a key anywhere on the site.

Forgot to post... but I bought this instantly, though my Mastercard didn't work my visa had no trouble. I got my activation code immediately after purchase, even before I got the confirmation email. Code works, everything is downloaded and im very happy with the purchase. That was on the 12 though and I'm guessing they ran out of keys but didn't close the site when they were supposed too.... sorry to all who paid and got nothing :/

Got mine almost instantly last night also with my MC from Capitalone (so no fees).

So excited I've never played any pc games except online rpgs, this should be fun :)

Yeah I spoke to them as well and I was calm and considerate. I was told that I would receive a key by the end of the day tomorrow.

Honestly, you should be glad "Anita" stuck with you til the end and tried to help you. With the way you acted, I wouldn't be surprised if ppl just disconnect you midway.

Seems like your attitude didn't help you here. I spoke with a chat representative who let me know they had run out of keys and the company was getting more. Should be filled by Tuesday, and I was told my order would not be canceled.

You sure told Anita, who works for almost nothing and has no control over the key for your games.

Did they give you any indication as to wether the new keys would fill existing orders that are still pending or if there would be more for sale?

If you want people to go the extra mile to help you, you don't try blast them on something that they have no control over. There's a difference between acting like a dissatisfied customer and being an impatient d**che.

When I chatted they just said they will receive a new shipment of keys on tuesday

I guess I will wait until Tuesday and if no key I will just ask to get it canceled. If they pull through then hey..great deal.

That's a steal. I wish I didn't already own the original games. Well, I've enjoyed them all, so actually I don't, but this is very cheap for anyone who thinks they MIGHT like them.

I ordered this yesterday at 4pm west coast time. I now has been 27 hours and no code, Yet I have received customer support emails telling me I will receive contact from a customer support rep in 48 hours in less then 5 minuted after I put in a message about the issue. NOW their webpage is down for updates? Shady as F**K. If I don't receive the code by tomorrow at the time I purchased it I'm calling my bank and halting the charge and reporting the site and company. Crazy that'd this would happen. First bad issue with anything Slickdeal wise but i guess we all have our first's ya?

Bought it yesterday night with chase debit. Got key instantly and email 10 mins later. Added to steam with no problems.

This is a reup from yesterday, 6am and still no code. Payment has gone through and nothing.... Bought this early afternoon Sunday ( 4pm ) and still no code

Just got a refund after waiting a day and a half, and now the deal is gone. Looks like that's the end of it. I'm guessing they aren't getting any new keys.

I tried to buy 2 more times - my credit card and my buddies..... And nothing... Just the same old message "Thank you for your order - you will receive confirmation within 24 hrs"

And I was on the phone LIVE with my credit card company at the time - and they said the charge would be cleared.... and I hit submit.... but, they didnt even get a pre-approval or pre-auth from the merchant....

So, I dont know...

I am a little confused about it all...

And I really wanted to get in on the deal.

I still didn't get my keys yet, to late to contact them today, but will in morning. I have a theory that if you do guest check out like I did that is were the problem is, if you create an account you get key the way it should be. I will contact in morning and see if they can straighten it up.

Tried with an account. Didn't work either. Got cancelled.
