I've gone to the actual m.redbox.com page & logged in (all using the same email & password as I created the streaming account with).

I've logged in & logged out & in... I've gone to specific kiosks and added movies to my cart. I've gone to other kiosks, never was able to figure out how to get those illusive 10 pts.

Might be a good idea to copy all your DVD rental codes and save them to your computer in case they decide to end this website. The codes don't expire until 6/30/13 and they have to be used at the kiosk.

Anyway, you can answer what ever for the Tag line game - perhaps they are using us as free workers to do what Netflix pays people to do & that is watch movies and then create not only (TAG LINES / Phrases so when people search adventure it pops up into the search que results.

The codes being won through Redhead nation are good until June 30th. The ones with the free subscription have to be used by the end of your month period

That's is EXACTLY what those 4 "free" credits are for, you can rent ANY MOVIE in the kiosk with them (at least this first month blu-ray or dvd - new or old movie). You have to use the SAME CC as you signed up for the free trial month, you add the movie to the cart & then you select "Use Credits" - it is a NEW TAB/Button that began appearing on screens about 2 months ago (depending on when they updated the software on your kiosks) and you slide that same CC that you created the instant streaming account with. It will show 4 credits if you've never used it before & just have the basic plan.
So the only way they can't be used is if you don't use them before the expiration date, or you don't bring the right CC.

NOPE!...it won't let you rent "ANY" movie..tried it and you can't... you can't rent any movie from the the Verizon/Redbox Kiosk thru that website, but you can NOT rent any new releases from the regular Redbox kiosk thru the website....

ahh...I'm 0 for 2...in reading fail as well... so at the kiosk it will work...got it...but online, I couldn't reserve a new bluray with a code nor credit, but its allowing me to reserve new/old (non bluray) movies w/the credit, but not code...

They have an app for Xbox 360 now. Check your e-mail to see if you got a code to download it. I got one today. You can stream in HD too.

OK, I think you have how to use them at the Physical KIOSK, but to use them ONLINE try going to the MAIN Redbox.com site: Then log into your account (same one as you signed up for the Instant Streaming account and your CREDITS will appear there. You can apply credits ONLINE @ the Redbox.com site to reserve movies that you then go pick up at the kiosk.
I never bothered to try with the Instant streaming site...

Also it's quite confusing when you call it the "Verizon/Redbox Kiosk" since Verizon is only a partner with the Online streaming side of the business, they have no part of the Kiosk Business... I think it's far better to just call it something like the Redbox Instant streaming site or app or service & keep that separate from the Redbox (physical) Kiosks.
Then you can say I tried to use the Instant streaming site to reserve a movie @ the kiosks with my credits but it didn't work. - Correct. (that may change in the future) but you can accomplish what you want to do by using the Redbox.com site logging in with the same user name & password that you set up the Instant streaming account with and it will show your credits etc. and allow you to use them to reserve for pickup a movie with the CC you linked to the account.

Sorry I just assumed you were on board with it.
You type SWEET in either at the physical kiosk when checking out, or you can now as of last month, use MOST codes SWEET included in the online or phone app checkout. Free DVD or $1.20 off of Blu-rays.
And read the below because not only (was)/Is HEART not working online, I just got back from two different kiosk locations and HEART isn't working at the kiosk either. So for the time being disregard HEART...

UPDATE: I ran into the Kiosks this AM between 5:30 & 5:45 to pick up some I reserved and a few more while i was there.

That happened to me after I deleted the cookies they had stored for it. I'm sure there is a better more direct way, but i just dug up the email & re-entered the code I used to get into the beta.

The last few days they haven't rolled them out uniformly, it's been out piece mail. They didn't have a game yesterday. I thought that was a late roll out of it, but I see no new game yet. I liked it better when they reset everything and did them all at the same time.
