Seems like a pretty slick price, running around 89-99 on amazon.

lzzrdboy 01-25-2013 02:06 PM

Thanks OP! Been looking for a replacement for my 10 year old model. This will do nicely for a great price no less. Rockin' TU for U!

I would like to get the "best" grill out there since I just bought a new house. What does this one not have that other "better" grills have? I think it doesn't have variable temperature control?

therealmckay 01-25-2013 02:21 PM

I am trying to embrace minimalism, but SlickDeals makes it so hard... Plus I already have two George Foreman grills.

Screw it. The other two are getting lonely anyway.

If you want the digital one, its on sale too but only the red one. It is on sale for $55.99. 6 Serving Removable Plate Grill [georgeforemancooking.com]. I ended up buying The 8 Serving Variable temp [georgeforemancooking.com] from Target when it was on sale for $39.99 because I had a $10 gift card. The 8 serving is a little harder to clean because non-removable plates but you can get it done pretty fast.

So tempting i love my foreman grill but never use it cuz clean up is a pain in the ass. This would be awesome

xuriouz 01-25-2013 02:38 PM

Amazon

Maybe it is just me....but for the same amount of grilling space, I think I would rather buy this from amazon.

$15.99 sounds too good to be true...black friday deal or just going out of business deal?

Wow I didn't even notice the one on this post had no temperature control until I compared or to the one you posted. With the $5 credit I have from the FB deal the one on amazon comes out to like $4 more, seems worth it.

they tried to hide the fact that it's $13 shipping tagged on. these people are like people who bought 1 penny item + $10 shipping on ebay and told their friends that they got it for a penny.

You did not get the point, did you? $15.99 vs $27.74 why? Because the shipping cost are almost identical, nothing is hiding here. Failed!!!

The shipping was a flat $12 for the entire order, or it was free shipping over $75. I bought 5 for the free shipping and gave them out to friends.

mastermind85 01-25-2013 03:54 PM

Hmm which is better this or this: http://www.amazon.com/Cuisinart-G...nart+grill ?

mansoor 01-25-2013 03:55 PM

I also got 5 for $15.99 each with free shipping, planning to gift to friends.

I didn't know George Foreman guy is still alive... I heard he is just collecting money from selling grills and moved back to eating fried foods and having heart attacks.

What?! Eating fried foods and heart attacks? The guy was a HEAVYWEIGHT BOXER! I highly doubt you are remotely close to the physical shape he was in. Even though he had fat, it was for mass. The guy had endurance and power.

Thats right If you are Heavyweight boxer you can never get sick.

RUsum1 01-25-2013 04:58 PM

Want a deal on one that also comes with waffle plates

jennifng 01-25-2013 05:09 PM

I don't use my George Foreman Grill much because it is so difficult to clean after using. Too bad I have to pay sales tax on this.

Obviously what he means is that you need to put on 200 pounds and go out start punching people. Then you'll be immune to heart attacks.
