I've been thinking about signing my husband up for a Wellness card because my mom and I share a card. It's hard enough to use his cvs card along with mine, so I need to ask before I decide to sign him up at RA....are the UPs printed only for that one card or can they be shared? I thought I read that they are not per card, but I could be wrong. It would get way too confusing if it's like cvs! But then again, I'm a way better rite aider than a cvser. :)

aprilsassy 01-26-2013 10:06 AM

Covergirl single eyeshadows $2.71 gold * 4 = $10.84

-$3 up wyb $10
=$1.84, or $.46 each

Sinful nail enamel $1.59 gold * 3 = $4.77
-$3 up wyb 3

Probably someone replied to you, but I have quite a few wellness cards b/c I shop for my neighbors (one is a shut-in...) and the UP rewards can be transferred from card to card. However, it is kind of useless b/c you can't use the UP reward you receive until 6 am the next morning.

Even better if you buy 4 edge and use two bogos and a $2/2 (1/13SS exp 2/10 - one day to use). There is also a $1/1 or .55/1 (depending on your insert) for the skintimate (exp 2/24)

Be on the lookout for the My Allergy Guide Displays. There is a $3 coupon in the displays. This particular one was found at Walgreens, but I do remember seeing these last year at both CVS and Rite Aid. The ones I found last year at CVS and Rite Aid have expired, but there may be new ones (expiration 12/31/13) available there as well.

Picture attached of coupon (front and back).. $2.01 MM

Goslowk 01-29-2013 07:42 PM

Looks like the GE bulb is an ad coupon deal with a Rite-Aid 49 barcode.Using the 1.00 coupon for GE bulbs will make them free.

If you have alot of $1.00 coupons (say 25) you will be close to the 100.00 Promo. 25 x 3.99 = 99.75.

No idea what sushiserv is talking about. I work at the RA reward card customer support. You cannot transfer +UP's from card to card. If you have the +UP's printed out on your receipt (as opposed to loading to your card), then anyone can use them.

They cannot be transferred electronically from card to card. If multiple reward card accounts have been merged together, it functions essentially as one account. Wellness points accrue together among the cards and +UP's are earned and redeemed by any of the cards that have been merged. Perhaps that's what sushiserv is referring to.

Thx, so if I have two cards in one household, they will merge them and I can still have same limits as one card? That will be not very helpful.

NO! You can have I believe 4 cards per household assigned to household members 13 and older and they will not merge. Cards are merged if you accidentally sign up for more than one and you call and ask them to be merged, or if you lose yours and asked to be assigned a new one!

Oh, thank you! So each card has its only limit? Sometimes there are in ad coupon that says limit 2 per household, so what will happen if I try to use another card within same household?

In ad coupons are not attached to the cards, those can *technically* be used however many times your store allows (YMMV). Card limits are those that are attached to the number of +UPs and are PER CARD. Another card in the same household registered to another member has its own limits.

Just register with a new email address. I did the same thing and it said "we already have that email in our database". I just put in a new email addy with all my original info and was able to print the coupon. HTH

Well, last time I went rite aid and used 2 in ad coupons and corked fine. I asked if they allowed me to use another one, the cashier said you can try but the fine print of in ad coupon says 2 offer per household. So we tried and it wouldn't take it. That's why I think it has a limit for in ad coupon per household. Thank you.

So many mq has this fine print no more than 4 like coupon per household, I suspect it won't work if you use 5 in one trip. Is this true?

Thank you, a little confused.

People have reported that Rite Aid had merged their cards without their knowledge. They discovered it when they did not get their UPs on the second card. When they called CS, they found out that the cards were merged. In fact, there was discussions about what caused the merge...using same credit card etc.

I believe that even though 4 cards are permitted per household, that the UP limits are PER HOUSEHOLD.

That's why I think it has a limit for in ad coupon per household. Thank you.

So many mq has this fine print no more than 4 like coupon per household, I suspect it won't work if you use 5 in one trip. Is this true?

Thank you, a little confused.

No one has ever reported limits on an IAQ. The cashier may stop you based on "Limit one per customer" or "Limit two per household". Last week , I used 5 L'oreal IAQ and it went through.

MQ's that say limit 4 like Q, again will only be stopped by the cashier, and not by the register.

RA Q policy also says limit 4 like Q, but again, I believe only the cashier will stop you and not the register.

They cannot be transferred electronically from card to card. If multiple reward card accounts have been merged together, it functions essentially as one account. Wellness points accrue together among the cards and +UP's are earned and redeemed by any of the cards that have been merged. Perhaps that's what sushiserv is referring to.

No. Not OP, but think he/she meant if you wanted to do Youth Code instead of Revitalift or if you ran out of VVs for Revitalift, there is a higher value MFC for Youth Code than there is for Revitalift.

PixieSaver was not suggesting to use the VV on Youth Code. She was suggesting an alternate scenario "if you have a preference for Youth Code products over Revitalift, and/or you're finding limited stock, and/or have limited VV Qs, etc.."

PixieSaver 02-05-2013 10:12 AM

Simple skin care $5 +up wyb $10 (L2)
$2/1 Simple skin care (excl. wipes and trial/travel) IPQ here: http://coupontom.com/coupons/couponscom?id=17661395
$1/1 Simple skin care VV Q
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cheapest Simple skin care product at my store, excluding wipes, is 5oz facial cleanser @ $8.49 / $7.64 silver / $6.79 gold
Buy 3 = $25.47 / $22.92 silver / $20.37 gold
<3 x $2 IPQ> <3 x $1 VVQ>*
OOP = $16.47 / $13.92 silver / $11.37 gold
Get back $5 +up x 2
NET = $6.47 / $3.92 silver / $1.37 gold for 3 Simple cleansers
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Obviously, this is a much better deal gold than regular price. This product line is NOT part of the Anniversary promo.
*YMMV on using multiple VVQs in a single transaction. Of course, this deal will track, so split them up if you have to.

Maybe you can clarify, in your opinion, what is deal related and what is not? I would think that discussing limits of cards per household, potential merging of cards, the consequences of merging, and discussing limits of IAQ and scanning issues are deal related.

We recently had a discussion in the deal thread about sales tax consequence of using a RA 48 up. Is that deal related?

I'd post this in CHAT, but its a ghost town there.

 I no better than to post this..allow me a tired moment. 2 BOGO on 4 purchased and 1 $2/2 right?? NOT 2 $2/2 (the question being asked).

The scenario you're referring to doesn't say anything about using two $2/2 mqs. It simply says $2/2.

Perhaps. But there were two RP inserts that week. Did you check both?

No, just one $2/2 MQ as you're only paying for 2 of the items when using the BOGO coupons. Now if you're just using the $2/2 MQ (no BOGO's) then you can use 2 if you're buying 4 cans. But remember the $2/2's expire on 2/10 (sunday!)

No idea about the merging accounts :o Good thing I'm the only one in the household with a Wellness Card.

There are some 75% off Wet n Wild clearance products, plus the WNW nail polish starts out at $.99, $.79 gold. With the $1 q in the 2/10 RP, this could make for some free WNW stuff.

.

You only need one card, just multiple wellness accounts. Apply online for new wellness accounts using different email addresses in order to create the accounts. You then log in under each account to print each VV coupon. The VV will work on any account, not just the one you printed it from. YMMV on using multiple VV on one transaction though, since they are technically limited to one per transaction. I have one store that strictly limits this, but the others have no problems.

Depends on your store. My one doesn't care how many I use, the other store it depends on the cashier and some stores are pretty strict about the 1 per customer limit.

It is, and not only that, but WNW products are 40% off this week. Since nail polish starts at $.99, at 40% off it's $.59 each. I'm planning to buy some of the CoverGirl eyeshadow to cover some of the possible O if the q takes off the full $1 instead of $.59.

I found the My Allergy Guide $3/1 Zyrtec coupon today, but mine expired 12/31/12 :( Did anyone get one from MAG that didn't expire last year?

 well that just stinks! Disposables priced more than $10 for 3 pack is ridiculous, IMHO!

This is regularly priced at $3.99 - it is the 2 lines that the FB coupon works for. Hydra Recharge and Volume Extend. The treatments are regularly priced at $6.99 and are NOT on sale.

how much is crystal rock body spray? I have old notes on my pc that say it was 4.98 awhile back....so if that is the case -

then with the 25% off in the ad should be $3.73

use $2 coupon here - http://bricks.coupons.com/Start.a...p=BKcLOoWA
(if link doesn't work google "Rite Aid Crystal Rock $2 coupon")

and get back $2 ups

(I also have notes that unscented was a problem last time with producing Ups)

redberries1971 02-09-2013 07:52 PM

Good n' natural bar (which are not quite as yucky as the Hormel Complete)
I have a ton of the Free coupons that expire on 2/17 and thought I would use them up at RA to help the cards get to Gold. And I can donate them to a food pantry. (I got all my coupons after the MM at Wags a couple weeks back.)

I think someone posted this in a thread before because it was on my mind today but just in case it wasn't posted.
The Poise items are $3.99 regular so $3.19 gold and we have that $3 mq from a Jan SS and the same coupons is coming in the SS 2/10.
Makes a nice filler for 19 cents.
*side note: I see in the SS 2/10 next to the $3q is an ad for these items being $2.97 at walmart. Maybe a better use for the coupon if you are into shopping there.

Banana Boat
monthly buy it get $5UP
I found a couple of those $3 peelies on the Schick razors that we all snagged up last summer. I figured the coupon would be expired per normal at RA but it is good until 12/31/13.
buy 1 at 9.99reg or 7.99 gold
-$3 = 4.99oop
get $5UP

Crystal Rock body spray
weekly 25% off get $2UP L3
monthly $1 off regular retail get $1UP L4
$4.99 regular
$3.99 monthly sale
$3.74 weekly sale
get back $2UP & $1UP

Monistat 1 Day treatment
$17.99 sale get $4UP L4 counts for Anniv Promo
$5 RAq in the flu book
I posted about this deal a few weeks ago and I think the gold price is better then this sale price.

Made me double check my coupon. But it is $1/2. I would be all over the Oreos if I had $1 off 1.

[QUOTE=gswood;57289550]Well, last time I went rite aid and used 2 in ad coupons and corked fine.

Is this true?

also FYI, you'll have to split up this transaction because of the 4 like Q's rule.

Anyone try this yet? Thanks!

FreshOne 02-10-2013 07:14 AM

At my store, GOLD ($3.19) trumped sale price ($3.50) on the Colgate MaxFresh ($3.99 shelf). So if you have the $0.50 coupon, it is a small MM.

ndrewgirl 02-10-2013 07:56 AM

This morning when I used my free John Frieda hair coloring coupon in addition to my up I received a $3 RC49 coupon for another John Frida hair color.

Glad that I'll report this before samething happen to you, but this is not a good news:mad:

1. the body spray 1up monthly works fine...I bought 3 and got 1*3ups
2. good thing is, the coupon scan beepless.
3. bad thing is, 2ups not printed.
My receipt said, 12 body spray get 2ups and I'm in 11.88(my RA's expensive, the BS was 5.29 and sale price 3.96 this week)

If and when RA fix their system, there is still $1 of any Crystal coupon available on their website (http://www.thecrystal.com/). This can be printed to pdf......and can be $0.78 MM when you buy 3 (again if you get both monthly and weekly up)!

The Gillette shave gel deal did not work for me. Only the fusion counts, the series does not. Check to make sure your cashier takes off $3 for the fusion and not $2.39 for the series. I am going to finish the deal with just fusion, since my store is so good, and I only spent $2 oop on my $120 order (and got the $20 up plus equal ups for what I spent.) my store is so good not worth the hassle, especially since I still have $50 in ups, ill just burn $10 to get the new $10 Gillette up.

all emails links which weren't working last night are working fine for me as of now, and I get them on a lot of emails.

For printing more than one Q from a different email, its been discussed many times already to use private browsing/incognito mode in your browser. Check the wiki in the RA printables thread.

WNW clearance (will also post in clearance thread)

Natural blend powder @ $1.24 (my specific one was 824A bare/nude) white cardboard w/ green trees
Wild Shine lip lacquer @ $.74 (my specific one was 921 Passionate) Silver tube/clear top

There were lots for shades of the WildShine on clearance as well as some blushes and other pressed powders.

I was the one who reported 191 clipped and did three transactions on Friday without freezing.
Today, it froze at the 191.

When unclipping your L2Cs, click on the column for expiration date and it will sort it by expiration dates. Easier to get rid of closer expirations.

I bought 4 of the regular $.99, sale $.59 WNW nail polish with the 3 Sinful Colors nail enamel $1.59 gold. As long as you have something to cover the $.41 O from the WNW q, the register will take off the full $1 off WNW q w/o beeps.

The WNW q that I got in today's RP says $1 off any WNW product $1.99 or above, so I can't use those on the ones np regularly $.99. Is there another WNW q without this restriction that I didn't get?

I also found some $5 peelies on a stand-alone display but mine say 'on any (1) John Freida Shampoo or Conditioner with the purchase of any (1) John Freida Precision Foam Colour'. Are you sure the peelies you found were just for the shampoo or conditioner? Did they beep and have to be manually entered?

Unfortunately they beep even when buying the right combination of products. The SS said they were asking her to confirm the $5 price. This happened when she scanned either bar code...

I got worried when I saw your post since I've been using the RP Q's all day on the $0.59 NP, but I just checked and thankfully ours carry no restriction on it.

There was a tearpad $1 Q that I found a month or so ago that also has no restrictions. I've been using those today as well.

Please tell me I'm not the only one. Two different Stores. Two different cards. The first store I am missing over $50 in ups rewards. The second store I am missing over $65 and ups rewards. The deals tracked because my receipt shows my limit reached but I did not get any ups rewards for a lot of the deals.

So it makes it $2 for 2 after .50/2 mq.

I used it at 2 stores, 3 transactions and all went through fine. The Ocean nasal spray IP beeped and the Body spray IPs beeped for me at both stores too. One of my stores manually puts beepers through as long as they match the item and the other one does post coupons.
