Many stores will print on their RC how long it is good for, which I think is polite. 30 days seems a bit short to me. Those are arguments you could make to CS. Oh, and maybe point out CVS RC that "do not expire".
And as far as I know, you can use a RC at any location, but store management has told me that they kinda lose money when you redeem the RC, so they don't like it if you use a RC at all, and might get a little testy at taking another location's RC. But that is their problem, not yours.

Were they .99 with the IVC? Which size did you buy? IVC shows "Nice or Kleenex 70-184ct .99", maybe some sizes are for the Nice and some (lesser counts)for Kleenex?

From the Cat details I just found on ShopRite thread,

Buy Kleenex Tissue (50 count or larger) b/w 1.28.13 and 2.24.13
buy 5 & get $1 OR
buy 6 & get $1.50 OR
buy 7 or more & get $2

Didn't see a BOGO sign on the 184ct yesterday, but they had none, anyway, nor any 4pks. Didn't you buy 8 if the are BOGO? Maybe they would only count as 'buying' 4 so thats why didn't get a Cat as minimum is 5 pkgs.
