Proglide Fusion and Venus w/Olay cartridges have a very good chance of DD with the monthly and this weekly deal. Let's maybe limit conversation and see if it survives.

I need to pick up some of these! Thanks for the info! (Just love emery boards...so versatile on use, from nails to spark plugs, etc! Hate when dh grabs my "real" nail file!) |
I found Crest blinkies in Smith's (Kroger) dental care aisle today with a long exp. date --
$0.75/1 Crest 3D White Toothpaste 4.0oz or higher, exp 6/30/13. Should match up very well with lots of drugstore sales, IDK what the sale price is on it this week. |
Kleenex goes back to .99. It looks like a second shot at the DD.

The 325 mg Bayer should be a great deal.
$3.49 and B1g1 50% off = $5.23 there is a 1.50/1 Bayer 20 ct +, 325 mg or 500 mg in the 1/6 SS stacked with the IVC .12 ea. |
The IVC states chewable, are the 24ct chewable or just the 36 ct?
|
Quote:
Bayer Aspirin (24 to 36 ct) $1 off (5531) pg 43 36 ct. are chewable looking at the Wags site. |

So in this case the register will determine that the first item is $2.49 ($3.49 - $1.00) and that the BOGO50% item would be $1.24 (1/2 of $2.49). If this is still the way the register works then the two Bayer would total $3.73 after the IVC was applied and NOT the $3.23 like you would expect. So then after the $1.50 MCs the total would be $0.73 for 2. Has anyone tried anything like this recently? How is it working these days? |
Thanks for the early previews Pwcpal!! :flowers2:
Do you know which sizes are included in the Kleenex tissue - $.99? The week of 2/10 sizes 50,75,90 & 184 are BOGO and hoping the week of 2/17 these sizes are in the $.99 pricepoint. I really want to take advantage of the $.50/3 Kleenex Facial Tissue (3/23/13) SS 2/10/13 and the National cat Buy 6, get $1.50 or buy 7+,get $2. Tia! |
Looks like a DD on the 23rd for Schick Hydro. I won't go on ad nauseam about it as both wikis are available for viewing..
|
Put in some q matchups-if I have made a mistake feel free to edit.
|
Can someone help me understand Wags policies a little better? I am looking at the Kraft Homestyle Dinners on sale 2/$4. I was going to use the IVC for $1. I have 2 MQs of $1/2. Can I use both MQs on this purchase or can I just use one?
Thanks in advance. |

Has anyone tried buying Kleenex recently to see if the national cat started working again? Even without the overlapping offer, it's I don't necessarily mind paying $3.44 net for 6, for the purpose of burning some RRs.

Since Walgreens started points and card system, i never shop there anymore, don't understand those points, so just do my shopping at CVS now. But my question would be- if i still have Buy one Get one free W diaper raincheck for 6packs , and i will use it next week when diapers are 5.99 or 2for $10,how the transaction should look like, i mean will i pay $15 or $17.97? Will they let me use raincheck on sale item? On raincheck there is no price. Thank you, and will rep.

I heard that there is an infant care book out again. You may want to ask for it because there might be additional IVC's in it to use for wags diapers. Quote:

I think it would be $15 because you are buying the diapers in sets of 2. |

If the Speed Stick Power is included in the 2/24 "Speed Stick or Lady Speed Stick – 2/$5 – Buy 2 get 2,000 points" and you have the -$1 off Speed Stick Power, excluding 2 oz and .5 oz, SS 2/03 (exp 02/23) then you can get 2 of them for $1.00 after coupons and points on Saturday 2/23. Not a great deal by itself but throwing it out there in case this deal works for you.
I'm so hoping for a $5/$30 or something similar for this coming weekend. |

The price of the BOGO item is determined based on the shelf price BEFORE the IVC is applied. So for this example ;) an item is $3.00 and BOGO 50% and there is a $1/1 IVC. Then the first item rings up $3.00, the second rings up $1.50 and then the $1/1 is applied to each of these prices for a total of $2.50 for the two items. This is the way it had been for years. However there was a period of time, right after the new registers were installed, where the IVC was applied first and then the BOGO 50% was calculated based on the new price. -- i.e. in the above example when the IVC was scanned the prices would get recalculated to $2.00 for the first item and $1.00 for the second item for a total of $3.00 for the two items. Luckily this is no longer the case. And it's relevant info for this week -- especially if you have a headache, ;) |
No $5/30 for me this morning......it must be regional because it wasn't in my area last time either :(

P.S. - Points add/subtract in a straight simple way. It is the value associated with the points that change depending on how many you redeem.at any instant. |

If you break up the 40K into smaller points, the values will change. If you redeem 5k, is worth $5 .. leaving you 35k points. If you redeem 18k points (out of the 40k you have) it will be worth $20 worth of goods... leaving you 22k points. Value of points is determined at time of redemption, not when earning it. |

If you are referring to the 10,000 points for a $30 purchase, yes, however, I was one of the fortunate ones that received that offer last week for this week. I only did one transaction, 3 meters and a filler and got 16k points. |
Now that I look closer the coupon that printed out last week said 5000 points on your purchase of $30 or more on almost everything in store. Store coupon valid 2/17 through 2/23. However, there was nothing to scan it was more like an advertisement. Today we bought 10 of the Bayer chewable aspirin at buy one get one 50% off, five of the bonus by Carmex at $.99, two of the Bogo soft soap at 7.99, 2 Nice trashbags 4.99 each and two Arizona teas with the IVC. I think the total was around $42 and after mfg and IVC coupons I paid with $16 RR and one dollar out-of-pocket. My receipt says reward bonus earned 5000 points, but I have no idea what triggered it because my total after coupons was not $30.
|
Lot of people are expecting 5k or 10k points when spending $30 this week. I remember, last year , during the holiday season, the points showed up in people's account a couple of days after shopping... is it going to be the same this week ?

P.S. The next thing that would be interesting to check on is if the deal is a one time use only, or if it's good for the entire shopping week. If you buy another >$30 basket this week then be sure to let us know if you got another 5K points added to your account. |
Reminder, today (2/17) is the last day for the free Good n Natural bars with the MQ in the 1/6 RP. Also brings you closer to the $30 threshold for the bonus points promotion this week.
Finally found some new stock at my local Walgreens last night! |
Reporting in on the 10,000 pts on a $30 purchase.
I didn't get a cat offer printed for me and made a >$30 purchase today and got no additional points. Seems it is indeed a targeted offer utilizing Balance Rewards member numbers. :( |
Did anyone with the 10k or 5k bonus points wyb $30 do it more than once to see if it was a limited 1x offer or if it is unlimited all week?

The March Savings book has a $1/1 Glade Decor Scents Car .28 oz pg (11) IVC#5585 There is a comma between Car and .28 oz, which makes me think Car or .28 oz. (is there a "car" version or am I misinterpreting something?). According to Wags.com, the Glade Decor Scents Glass Holder + Refill is 3.99. There is no “car” version listed. There is a .28 0z. version listed, but it says “in store” only, so would have to check price. Since all the others are 3.99, I’ll assume that price. The 2/03 SS has a $1/1 Glade Decor Scents Holder If the IVC and insert q match up with a product, and you can get the March book on Sat Get 4 Glade Décor Scents Holder $15.96 - $4 using IVC - 4 x $1/1 with insert qs = $7.96 and get 5000 points |

Okay, here’s what I’ll try if I can get hold of the March savings
5 Décor Scent holders (.28 oz) = 19.95 - $5 IVC - 5 x $1/1 (2/3 SS) - $3 RR = $6.95 (+ filler), recover $3 cat and get 5000 points (actually, I’ll probably use more RR to convert some to points) |

Something else to think about is the Gillette disposables, which are BOGO1/2 and there is a BOGO Q in 2/3 RP that autodeducts full price. So you get 2 for the price of 1/2, which isn't amazing but is probably ok for the purpose of RR burning.
And the $2 from 2/17 don't play well with the BOGO Q. Beep city Quote:

After coupons and points, you would just get the Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief toothbrushes FREE, correct?

I got 3000 points today for buying Coldcalm tablets. I have no idea why, there was no signage; but glad, because they cost $9.79 , and I remember when they were free after RR's. Good thing I used RR's instead of points to pay.
edit: at least I think that's what it was for. I bought 2 hand sanitizers, 4 AZ teas, the Coldcalm - on my receipt it shows the Coldcalm UPC indented, and also indented under that, 'Rewards Points Earned 3000. Then same indented under that shows my 2 RR's ('MFG CPN) used. Hmm. |

I looked at both Wikis and isn't it more cost effective to buy each Schick Hydro separately for the $4 register reward vs. buying three at once and getting one $4 RR and 5000 points? Isn't three 4 RR's and no points better? Is there something I am not seeing in the DD? I guess I am thinking about the disposables. I guess if you are wanting to buy the ones that you can change the blades on the deal is better since the $ off coupon is $5/2 vs. $4 off one? |

There are "New" packaging boxes. They say Bayer Contour Next, but not EZ.(the picture of the machine on the front of the box is black, rather than gray) and for some reason, these are the meters that are being taxed. This happened to me at two stores. I knew something was wrong because we do not have tax on these, so I did not purchase these ones. |
Two new coupons show as coming out on Sunday-
Neutrogena $1/1 hair, hand, body or men's product (4/27/13) Neutrogena $5/2 hair, hand, body or men's products (4/27/13) Wiki shows "Neutrogena skin care products – Buy 2 get 3,000 points – Items 25% off on 2/24 (monthly deal)" Some of the Neutrogena products are currently BOG50% according to wags website. If you get your coupons early and do the deal on Saturday then this could be a very rewarding day - especially if the bar soaps are included in the points deal. Still a good deal next week if bar soap included but Saturday is better due to the BOG50%. |
Website shows Always Thin Regular (20 ct) for .79 cents and Always Thin Always Thin Fresh Regular (20 ct) for .99 cents. There was a (very regional apparently) coupon that came out in the 1/27 SS for "Save $1.00 on Always Product" so free if you got the coupon.

Is the Cat still printing? I don't remember if it was here or the Shop Rite thread where someone said it didn't print. Been searching threads and can't find answer. Don't know whether to buy at Wag's or ShopRite. Have some nice coupons I ordered, (only 5 but they are for .60 off) But, 6 would be magic number to buy? As I had previously posted the other day, my store has had signs up on the 70ct and 100ct that they are $1 till 2/23. Its confusing, as they were different price (per Wag's thread) last week, and this week $.99 with IVC,.... Going by the wiki, I may as well buy 184ct if .99 as that would be a 'best buy'. Any input would be appreciated! Trying to figure this out so I can get out soon.. m |

I know this might be a rookie question but I can't find an answer anywhere else. Can you use a BOGO coupon and a cents off coupon. Like with the new Renuzit BOGO coupon on c.c can you buy 2 and use the bogo coupon and the $0.50/1 rp coupon to get them for $0.39 for 2?
Nevermind, just noticed it's only for Target. But would still like to know the answer for future reference :) |

Now with the new GS1 barcodes, it's anybody's guess. The best thing to do is try it, give the $ off coupon first, BOGO last and then report back. If the register balks at the BOGO coupon, it means it's coded for both items and you can't use the $ off at the same time. |
went to recon neutrogena. no signs up for BOGO 50% off except on shipper display of a couple of items. Spot tested regular items on shelf including the basic bar and all rang up full price
I didnt have a list of products to try so you will have to bring a list if they have no signs up - which mine didnt |

I did get a $2.00 cat when buying 7 of the $1.00 kleenex and the cat rolls which is nice. What is nicer is that yesterday I was told by another couponer here in SA that our local Spanish paper had coupons for .60 cents off of 1 Kleenex (50 count or higher). So I've been buying 7 Kleenex ($7.00) and use 7 of the .60 coupons and the $2 RR from the previous trxn for an OOP of .94 (tax included) which comes to .13 per box. These coupons expire on 03/23 and are also on the bay. Might be nice for next weeks $2.29 BOGO price. |

Posting in this thread since the only possibility of this working is on Sat. the 23rd. The Arctic Naturals Omega that is FARR the week of the 24th is the same one that is FAR this month, so even though the 23rd is the last day to purchase for the MIR and there will be no DD with the RR, if you have a store that activates prices early, you should be able to buy it at the $10 sale price and submit for the $15 MIR.

Always check your state laws, in Ohio RC has to be good 60 days after issuance. I always point this out to the clueless people of rite aid who tells me the RC says '30 days" and I point out that ohio says '60 days'. |
Quote:
Just so no one gets confused, and not to start another huge debate, but when you bought 7 for $1=$7, minus the .60coupon x 7=4.20, so $7-4.20 is $2.80 for 7, or $.40 each not .13 each. How you pay for them, cash or RR, is still payment Were they .99 with the IVC? Which size did you buy? IVC shows "Nice or Kleenex 70-184ct .99", maybe some sizes are for the Nice and some (lesser counts)for Kleenex? From the Cat details I just found on ShopRite thread, Buy Kleenex Tissue (50 count or larger) b/w 1.28.13 and 2.24.13 buy 5 & get $1 OR buy 6 & get $1.50 OR buy 7 or more & get $2 Didn't see a BOGO sign on the 184ct yesterday, but they had none, anyway, nor any 4pks. Didn't you buy 8 if the are BOGO? Maybe they would only count as 'buying' 4 so thats why didn't get a Cat as minimum is 5 pkgs. Is the BOGO this or next week? You say both in your post. Next weeks wiki just says Kleenex tissues BOGO @ $2.29 Quote:

Pretty sure this hasn't been mentioned. If you need to roll into some points..... I have been picking up the .99 Walgreens brand lip care (Sunscreen variety) and Sun Care, found mostly in the beauty section or end caps near beauty sections. They are B3 for 2k points and BOGO 50% off. 3 will set you back $2.48 but get 2k. Buy in multiples divisible by 2 and 3 for better deal (i.e. Buy 6 for $4.47 get 4K points). UPC: 0 4902258930 8 (Tan extender lotion 1 oz) 0 4902248497 9 (spf 50 Lip Balm .14 oz) 0 4902252159 9 (spf 30 Lip Balm .14 oz) |
I have 5 $10 RR that are exp today.. took too long of a break and just realized today I have to spend them.
