This mouse has excellent reviews and is specifically made for those that are right handed and use a palm grip.

Nice price, I'm intrigued.

I owned the Mionix Naos 5000, and the 8200 looks to be the same design, and I found the hump to be very low, the mouse isn't very tall at all, and I've got medium hands (not nearly as large as most people) and use a palm grip and I didn't find it as comfortable as something with a large hump like the X8 or the Roccat Kone[+] <- that's a very nice mouse, but some QA issues (I've gone through 3 of them but they're really nice mice and work well, I heard they learned from the kone[+] and quality's much better in the XTD, but i'm not due for a mouse upgrade just yet)

Thanks for the info. I found a few reviews, and they all like the mouse.

I have the Naos 5000, I typically use a palm grip and it fits my hand comfortably.

It looks like the Naos 8200 has the same design as Naos 5000.
