I think this is a mid-week deal that will expire by the end of the weak

darkwonderer 02-06-2013 10:53 AM

In 4 one Thanks!

theotob 02-06-2013 12:21 PM

I would have to say this is a pretty decent pre-order deal

NukemDukem 02-06-2013 01:49 PM

Just note this is a single player game only

Reminder - Referrals are not allowed on Slickdeals.net

This kills the deal. Might as well wait on the game for when it's 38$ again or something.

Also; lol 4/10 point infraction. Seems arbitrary cause plenty of other threads had "PM for referral" with no repercussions. This is why I don't post.

I didn't know even if you dont post a link to the referral you will still get an infraction.
I was trying my best to make the deal as slick as possible

Bioshock is part of amds updated never settle bundle. You might be able to get for cheaper buying through ebay. BL2 sold for about 35ish when it was bundled with cards. This new promo just started recently so you might have to wait a bit until they are available on ebay. I believe steam is the drm for it but am not positive. Just a heads up if you don't buy a lot of games and might not want the credit.

I'm not saying buy the card obviously. I meant that ebay will have a decent supply of the codes soon enough from people selling them to offset the cost of the cards. I'm too lazy to google which vendors but newegg is definitely running the promotion. Anyone that wants to know should look it up themselves. But 35ish is about the going price for triple as involved in these promotions usually.

Wait for people who buy the card and don't need the game so they list it on ebay.

Yea, The ebay codes are probably the cheapest option right around release if you don't want to wait for prices to drop. I do enough shopping at gmg that I wouldn't mind the credit. For those that don't buy a lot of games then the ebay route would be best.
