I have these knives and they are wonderful. I like the Professional S series because I have smaller hands and these fit my hands more comfortably.

Cutlery and More and Amazon offer a larger set for $199.95 shipped and I think it is a better deal. It includes all the pieces of this set plus a 5-inch Serrated Utility Knife that I use a lot, a wooden knife block and a kitchen shears.

Notwithstanding the original price, when you look at what you are getting, this is not such a good deal, IMO.

Looks like these come in a "gift box" as well.

As for value...
I have a larger set that is18 years old and LIKE NEW even though used DAILY.
(except serrated knife which the wife dropped in the disposal and knicked a little off the handle) :O
