Thanks and repped the +5's having their own thread seems to make sense and giving people the link to orcz is a nice tool, while I have 30 or so of these saved up (and unlimited if I decided to use a usb) I don't really play the game much. I hope they release some zombie themed expansions or something cool enough to lure me back as having beaten it on playthrough one I haven't felt too inspired to do anything but enter codes when they hit the +5 point.

Strange... had issues with Shift, restarted the game, and it says I can't redeem the code.

Maybe server issues?

Strange. I've never had an issue redeeming any of the previous codes but I haven't been home to try these yet. These were posted on Twitter and I did a quick search and found someone else that replied to say they received an "Invalid Code" error. I'll keep my eye out and edit this post as necessary.

I have 3 keys now so if i redeem the code above will this give me 8 keys total? Do they have a max. numbers of keys you can have at one time?

Yes, you will have 8 keys. The limit is probably 999

There is no limit that I know of. I have had ~35 keys at one point.

I'm pretty sure the limit is 255.

234 is the max number of keys you can be holding. Or maybe that's the max number it will display? There was a trick you could do in the first week where you could just manually input how many keys you wanted in one of the ini files in the game, so lots of people just set it to 255 and noticed that they only had 234 keys displayed then.

Really, if you wanted a lot of keys, you can manually edit the number of keys you have using Cheat Engine and give yourself unlimited keys and not bother with inputting codes like this. Just sayin.

They open the golden chest in Sanctuary, which gives two purple weapons, generally better than anything you can find in the wild.

Yesterday I was farming goliath at high land to get purple items for my level 26, much better than random items from the golden chest. Thanks for posting this key OP:)

These keys are from December. Most people here have redeemed them already.

Man, I didn't realize that these shift codes are XBL gold only. I have gold, but that really sucks for anyone who has this game and doesn't.
