Ultra is FAR better than then $15 sony class 10 which does only 10mb/s. I bought the sonys to use as extra HDD space on laptops, but I want more for my cameras.

Pretty cheap, though I'm wondering why the picture isn't showing a Sandisk Ultra card? Anyways, I have a 32GB Sandisk Ultra and I just tested the speeds again last night, sustained reads were just over 20MB/s and writes were almost exactly 10MB/s. Not bad, but it chokes when I'm shooting video on my 60D, my 8GB card can do 14MB/s writes and never seems to have any problems.

According to the Sony thread, it's a pretty slow card though. Seems worth the $5 investment here as both seem to be good prices.

I use Sandisk ultra 32 GB microSD. Don't think there is a better card.

Price is good for Sandisk. That's all o use in my cameras. I bought one last time and had them match Amazon when it was $22ish.

With tax, just under $22. It's not crazy, but I'm shooting in RAW now and am sick of swapping out 16 gig cards during a single day of shooting.

Sandisk ultra better than Sony cards.

Sandisk Extreme SDHC card is faster than Sandisk ultra. Extreme offers upto 45MB/s transfer speed.

it really depends on what you are going to use it for. Both cards can store the same amount of data, both can be used to record 1080p video. Sansdisk ultra has a slightly higher write and read speed than the Sony card. Many devices such as Canon T3 or T3i record 1080p video at 5 to 7MB/s and so both cards should work fine. However some high end devices such as Canon 60D captures video at around 11MB/s and needs a faster card. A faster card is also recommended for capturing pictures in burst mode on a DSLR. For other normal use, both cards should result in similar performance. Hope this helps.
