Super hot price. Secondipty is a good site. I've bought from them several times.

Not sure about the device though. Never owned a kindle. I think it would be too locked-down for me.

Unless I missed something, this seems too good to be true. I always try to do too much research on a deal like this and miss out so jumped fast this time so in for 1. We will see how it works out, know nothing of this company, couldnt find it on either their ebay store or Amazon both of which I had credit for but for half price if its really "lightly used" I dont care about using the credit. I've been burned before by impulse buys, most have, maybe this will be different.

Well I got an order confirmation and now just tried for another and will not add to cart so looks dead already. Did notice though that I did not get "free shipping" though on page it said items qualified for free shipping, not that that is a deal breaker if it actually comes and in good shape. Now to research all the specs and stuff on it and decide if a noob like me should dare true to tinker with it at all when it comes.

Site updated and actually says Sold out now on product page. Has this ever been this low before if so I surely missed it.

I had one in my cart and completed the checkout process and then received a message it was no longer available but I could buy (insert item)! What a bait and switch outfit. Unbelievable that an item isn't "reserved" for 5 or 10 minutes while you proceed through the check out process! I won't do buy anything from any company that pulls these bait and switch tactics! I guess ultimately this was a good thing...perhaps it saved me grief down the line! Thumbs down for poor business practices!

Ah yes I see it now coupon was for 10% confirmation shows shipping at $7.49 but then "promotion applied" of $23.39 so yes I guess it was free shipping. So I just tried adding the other two kindles they have on their site, discount does not work for it but this deal gets you the HD 8.9 for cheaper than either the HD 7" or old 1st gen on their site, wow???

I dont know exactly how long and compared to when others placed in cart, I didn't mess around for too long but I'm guessing I had it in my cart for atleast 5 minutes before I completed check out while I tried to at least do some quick research, then I said the heck with it if I dont jump I'll lose out. Do you know for sure that they dont reserve it for check out.

I to would have called mine new if not for the open box and sticker on the box showing that it wasnot, the sticker marked the cosmetics as "excellent". I can find absolutely nothing wrong with it in any way. Great deal.
