Do not buy anything from them, you will only regret it. I have purchased from them, the item did not work. I posted on their site negative review about the item, they removed it the next day. So they are very well aware of the defects they sell, stay away from them . . . . nothing Slick about them

At least they are aware of it. By the way, did you return for refund? In U.S, it is against the law for companies to refuse refunds. Since your product must have come with a warranty, you could have sent it back to the factory to have them fix it for you. So you have three options: Return for refund, get a repair order, or sue the company and strike rich. But hey, try not to be too greedy when you go to court. I am feeling bad for the company as they might go bankrupt (as you already know they don't even have enough money to stock "new" items).

When you purchase the item and it arrives (DOA) they tell you to ship it back (of course you will have to foot the bill for shipping back), the trick is that the cost to ship back will exceed the cost of item. They know that most of the people would not bother with that.

And I totally understand their business model; my problem is that they are manipulating the product review. That is our (customers) only why to communicate to one another, to inform each other about how well or bad a product is. If the product is crap, why don’t they want other potential customers to know, unless they a linked to the manufacture and need a place to dump the garbage.
