Do not buy anything from them, you will only regret it. I have purchased from them, the item did not work. I posted on their site negative review about the item, they removed it the next day. So they are very well aware of the defects they sell, stay away from them . . . . nothing Slick about them

I've bought a dozen products within the past year from them. I had an item arrive DOA and contacted via customer service. They promptly reimbursed me and told me to keep the item; they didn't even ask for proof that the item was broken (about $6 item). I was pleased by their customer service.


Instead of posting a negative review, perhaps you could reach out to their customer service line next time.
