I actually thought this was a pretty fun game. I had low expectations going in, but enjoyed the 8-10 hours you get out of it. Environments are almost completely destructible, and you get a pretty awesome magnet gun that tethers two objects and slams them together. Very satisfying.

Not a ton of replay but I didn't try multiplayer at all. Story is fine, graphics are solid, gameplay is fun. It's no AAA title, but I enjoyed the single player more than the corresponding single player of Black Ops 1 and 2 and MW3 (not that you buy those for single player).

I literally didn't even look at what this game was before buying. I think I have a slickdeals problem.

A really big step down from Red Faction Guerrilla. Took everything that made that game great and got rid of it. Not a bad stand alone, though. Worth $7.

You can probably get this used for ~$5 or less from GoHastings when they have some coupons going on.

If you're into shooty games with good single player campaigns, check out Spec Ops: The Line and/or Medal of Honor (not warfighter).

That said, I didn't like Armageddon at all. I had literally hours of fun with the original just trying to burrow with the rocket launcher. Couldn't get into the new one. Meh.

blu-rays are pretty scratch resistant...at least normal, unintentional scratches i should say.

I got a copy of this for Xbox thru one of those Gamefly deals last year & have yet to play! Is this any diff or better on the PS3? I'm always looking for $10 PS3 deals to flesh out my lopsided game collection! Thanks OP!

another idiot thinks he is smarter than i am. with that old game on ebay and paypal, i would have earned less than 5 dollars. anyway, i bought it for 2 dollars. got to play it and profit 3 bucks. lol
however, if u did buy it at walmart for 7 bucks and sell it on ebay, you would have lost money in the end. so, who is the idiot? like i said, there is nothing cheap at walmart. how do i know? ceo at walmart are making profit, not consumers? lol
