I got the email for this survey but didn't qualify somehow.

ive earned the initial $5 for signing up and then another $5 for taking a survey. ive claimed both and the codes have worked fine! they have a survey up now that says i cna take but then comes up with an error, this has happened twice idk if that means that they have already gotten all the responses they need or not

I have had mixed results from them since they were a partner company. I think I have earned $15 Amazon GCs in the past week or so since they have accepted direct members.

I used to get surveys from them a lot, but not any more since I turned a certain age. :(

When you first click the link, there was a question that ask you if you ever did a music survey with them or not, and you're suppose to click yes. I think that's why you didn't qualify.

That would definitely be why. I assumed they only wanted people who hadn't recently taken a survey. I guess next time I'll answer more truthfully.

Pretty sure I clicked no and qualified. I think it, or this one, had more to do with where you live, as I live in a more metropolitan city.
