How do you pick shipping option as in-store pickup?

EDIT: Figured it out, you have select store first as your default/favorite store. Then it gives you option when checking out. Ordered 6 packs of crew, quarter, and no-show socks!!!! This should last me and my brother for a year or two!

In addition to shipping, Finish Line has made some of its products available for in-store pickup. Customers now have the ability to make a purchase online and pick up their order at their local store within a two hour timeframe.

In the upper right hand corner of the product detail page, you will be able to select up to three of your favorite stores for in-store pickup. Once your stores have been selected and your size has been chosen, the page will refresh with a product availability message. I imagine you're probably concerned since it's debit (available funds, etc.), but if you're doing in-store pickup it should make it easy to return extras and get refunded.

Add it to cart...during checkout you select in-store pick up.

1. Click the top-right "Store Locator"
2. Select store(s)
3. Go to the sock page, below the "quantity" you should see your store(s) marked as "available" or "unavailable"
4. Add to cart, check out (you'll see shipping charges -- don't worry)
5. When you check out, you'll see the option to "pick up in store" (on the left) if you saw your store(s) available on the product page... click that radio button.

Shipping charges dissappear and you can checkout. I couldn't get paypal to work, had to check out with Mastercard. Clear as mud, right?

I too was getting unavailable for store pickup msg until I played with some of the sock totals. Guess my store only had 2 in stock and I tried to order 4.

I have store pick up, but they have a store pick up link in the checkout page that says they will charge shipping, I'm guessing if they have to ship to the store - which is $4.99 per pack because it is a Flash Sale.

Then also, if you do not pick them up from the store they will mail them to you. They say nothing about charging you for the shipping, but if they do, they have to ask you before they charge you, right ?


They can actually charge your card after you agreed to pay a certain amount ? Don't they have to get your permission to charge extra on a order that has already been charged a certain amount ?

It just seems like, 'we'll charge you whatever we want after you placed an order for a certain amount and theres nothing you can do about it'.

How are you guys interpreting the "Your Order is Official" e-mail?
Does that mean it's ready for pickup, or is it just a confirmation that they received the order?

Because I put my order in at 2am and they made it "official" at 3am, and it's hard to believe that there's anyone at the store pulling the items when the mall the store is in does not open for another 6 hours.

But the e-mail tells you to bring your ID and confirmation as if to say it's ready.

Only black is available near me. Think if I order black and go pick them up next week and play dumb saying "I ordered white" they will switch for me. If white is in stock of course.

im pretty sure if they have white in stock they should have no problem exchanging the blacks for the whites in the store without any need for the playing dumb part lol but i doubt finish line is going to have any socks in stock for the next couple of weeks

If these are the same socks I have from FINISHLINE, they lose their elasticity and quality after a few washes. They are very poor quality. The black socks seems to hold well, the white on the other hand are very loose after about 2-3 washes.

I went to the store during lunch they are telling me my order did not come in yet. They told me to check back later.

...just picked up 2 orders (2 no show white on 1 order; 1 each no show white & black) from victoria gardens in rancho cucamonga. wasnt sent a ready to pick up order..doesnt seem like they do that because I just received "your order is official" when I ordered them last night..

...there wasnt any problem picking them up. I got there when they opened and the clerk had to print out their daily pick up sheets and it looked like they had 3 pages with 18 orders per page of just these socks alone..there are two bins of these socks in front where the clerk fulfilled my order saying $12.99 bogo free..so basically a steal..

Just picked mine up in Pensacola. I called in and they said they had my order "on hold" but it took a while to process when I got there.

I never got an email saying my order was ready, just the initial order confirmation email. I went to the store this afternoon with this email and they just took the items off the sales floor and gave them to me. I'm not sure if that's how it's really suppose to work but they just handed all the socks to me.

Have not received the pick up ready confirmation, nor have I been charged for it . I ordered 12 pairs, 6 of white and 6 of black. lol

I cancelled my order because I did really need anymore socks.

But when I asked the Customer Service Rep about when I was going to get a conformation email, he just said that I was not going to get one, but the store will have the items available at that store.

There's a sticker taped over the original packaging. Compared to the older version, this one has less cotton, more polyester, and half as much elastic.
