To Answer Common Questions:
1) TigerDirect operates on Eastern Standard Time... so it is okay to order now (no matter where in the US you are located). Your order invoice will show the correct date to qualify you for the both of the $10 rebates (02/14/13).

2) The Rebate Instructions are Live Now. The Rebate Registration Form on 4MyRebate.com will not be live until around 5 AM EST on 02/14/13.

Until then, it will say "Offer Code Not Found".

3) The Rebate Limits for both items are:
Limit ONE (1) rebate per qualifying rebate offer, per person, billing address, company, or household

4) If you are not seeing "Econo Shipping"....

If your address is more than one line (for ex. apartments), please put your entire address in one line. TigerDirect's ordering system detects multi-line addresses as business addresses. Econo Shipping is only available to residential addresses.

eBay has all colors for $3.33 FS. Amazon is selling them for $3.99 (blue) or $4.59 (black). For those paying $1.99/pair shipping, is the $1.50-2 savings worth the rebate headache?

Amazon reviews say very comfortable, decent sound for a less-than-$5 earbuds. I doubt bass-heads will be impressed though.

Last I checked you have to spend $25+ to get Free Super Saver Shipping at Amazon unless you're an Amazon Prime Member.

The Green Color is also marked as an "add-on" item, so even Prime members can't get them shipped Free unless you spend $25 in a single order.

damn no free shipping. I think honestly all the free shipping offers dried up when TD pointed out mr sky guys and the ultra advanced notice.. now Thumbsdown Direct slaps shipping charges on all Free Craps after rebates.. no longer making it fun anymore.. well if all of us didnt buy the crap im sure Thumbsdown Direct would give us free ground shipping again :). if you get it from fleabay its probably factory direct from King Kong. id take my chances on amazon and get slapped with the tax or if it comes out cheaper with shipping get this and use the shopdiscover for the 5% which isnt much but should help somewhat.

I buy these earbuds frequently. I actually like them better than the Skullcandy Ink'd and they are half the price at retail. I think the Memorex buds are one of the best slickdeals out there for earbuds even without the rebate.

I actually haven't had the chance to try the Memorex EB-50's out from the last deal.

My favorite FAR ones so far have been the Vizios [tigerdirect.com] surprisingly.

bought 2 pairs thanks and repped...2.88 for 2 pairs of decent earbuds is great. I'll find some non-stamped stamps and reuse them to send in the rebate forms if I'm feeling particularly cheap lol..jk of course!

Some of you people are strange.

Amazon carries them for $4 consistently with free shipping with prime(which many/most people have access to in one way or another).... After the shipping cost on TD, its only $2 cheaper than amazon and you get to wait 90 days for a $10 rebate visa debit card.

i know, if this was free with no inner mad circle and the westside connect id maybe buy in :lmao: but like you said $1.50 and honestly i still have some things i had to throw out since it had no value like nobody wants to buy it not even for $1 on cl so i really think twice about these FAR items.. If you need some headphones for a thrashin and its free or $5 give or take buy in. but if you own a pair of $30 livestrongs from a few months back then you wont need these. but as a cheap present or uber early stocking stuffer i guess this would be it.

2. As I said before, the majority of Memorex CB-25 colors at Amazon that are in the $4 range are classified as "Add-On" items (except for Black), which means that even Prime members don't get free shipping on them unless they order $25+ in a single order.

4. Yes, you can get them cheaper on eBay if you don't like rebates. Someone has already pointed out that they are available in White, Black, and Blue for $3.33 per pair shipped out of IL (LINK [ebay.com]).

5. TigerDirect rebates don't take 90 days to receive. They are in the form of an American Express Prepaid Card and the typical turn around time has been 4 to 6 weeks lately.

Yeah, I know, the Vizios are a pretty solid set. Glad I stocked up on them during that FAR deal!

You can order 1 pair of each color on the same order. Obviously you'll have to print two copies of the Invoice, fill out two rebate registration forms, etc. like normal.

For anyone looking:

I like 16mm drivers for less than $5, but they are rare now or I haven't look in a while since I'm still using the same pair.

Don't understand the fuss over these. Yes, they're like $3 after the hassle of filling out, submitting, and tracking a rebate (and then getting stuck with a $10 prepaid card). But they're going to sound awful.

Skip the rebate hassle and spend a few bucks more and pick up a pair of these - http://www.monoprice.com/products...?p_id=9927. Still dirt cheap, and consistently praised by even audiophiles as being some of the best damn IEMs you can buy for under $100. I have a couple pairs, and they sound better than much more expensive buds.

These are available for a little over $3 on eBay, with free shipping, from an established US seller. After the cost of a stamp, envelope, paper and perhaps a copy of submitted materials, any savings will be nearly wiped out. I don't see the logic in initially paying significantly more for them, then having to deal with all the time and effort of a rebate and resulting prepaid card just to eventually save less than a dollar.

And when it comes down to it, like Dwells said, these are going to sound like typical cheap headphones. I don't know how the Monoprice ones he linked to stack up, but they've received good reviews, and once you've used some decent headphones, you won't ever want to go back to common low-cost ones.

Fyi, staples has a coupon for the same earbuds for free if spending $25 or more. Buy 2 hammermil reams of paper that are FAR and youd get the earbuds for free that way....

Funny thing... just got my earbuds today. There is a sticker on it that says, "This item intended for sale at Staples. If found at other outlets call 866 877 3836."

TDMVP73 got this last time these were FAR.

You should call the phone # and tell them TigerDirect sent you a huge box of the earbuds and said they stole them from Staples warehouse when you asked questions.

Sorry I am incompetent at this lol. When I go into "Find My Rebate" and enter my offer code, it says it is not valid (and I am sure I entered it correctly). When I went to the advanced search to find rebate forms from TigerDirect, it is not listed. I would be thankful for any help!!

When you mail them in use the invoice which can be found in your order history. Don't use the confirmation email, order status page, or packing slip.

Is it OK to resend "the invoice" if they rejected my rebate? I sent the confirmation email because I followed the instruction on the print out. Thanks!

They shouldn't reject it since the form lists "Copy of Receipt/Invoice/Order Confirmation" but if they do you will have a chance to mail or fax it in. I recommend the invoice because they don't always give you the other options and it's less likely to cause mistakes.

I called them this morning and asked about this. The guy said it's ok to send the confirmation email. Hopefully he is telling the truth. Thanks anyway and will rep u.
