Is this for sure 100%? I literally have a Peformance MX in my cart at Bestbuy.com right now since its onsale there for $80 and I had some reward certs from FB. But $50 is still cheaper. Huge TU if this goes through

georgi55 02-14-2013 09:09 AM

It's my mouse, and I want it now! [youtube.com]

Do you have ad scan or something else to confirm? BB should be able to price match this.

Check out the 100+ reviews on Amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Wi...b_title_ce

I'd say it's pretty good.

High quality chiclet style keyboard. Compact though, so smaller than a full size keyboard.

I love this keyboard, have been using it for the past 2 years. It's small enough to fit in a laptop bag and touch typing on it has a very nice feel. I just wish it had a backlight then it would be perfect.

I'm thinking about buying another one just to have it in gloss black.

Yes, this is not a FULL size keyboard. I would not recommend this if you have to do lot of typing.

Hopefully he wouldn't care if he did see it. What is the use of blocking a price match if all that will make you do is wait a day?

my 4 year old uses one, he seems to like it...I own the Perf MX and I like it, might get one as a spare.

SDRockz 02-15-2013 11:07 PM

fyi - the performance mx mouse uses 1 AA battery, and it eats through them~I need to replace mine every 10 days or so.
For that reason alone I would not recommend this mouse at this price.

I was recharging batteries for this mouse routinely but that got old and I just bought a 30-pack of duracells just so I could take a break from that annoying routine.

I've been using a K360 keyboard for about a year now. I have very large hands and enjoy using it more than a "standard" sized keyboard. The chiclet keys aren't too tall or too flat and feel very responsive. And while it's compact in form factor the typing surface itself doesn't feel much smaller than a standard keyboard if at all. And there's no sacrificing of features I really appreciate in a standard keyboard like the number pad and volume buttons. The Unifying Receiver can be conveniently stored in a designated slot in the battery compartment if you're traveling or already have one and are storing an extra.

Definitely gets my recommendation.

I'm not sure that is correct, the mouse in the add, PN 910-001105, is a spin-off/current version of the old MX Revolution mouse, PN: M-RBQ124, that charged using stand (I loved and miss that glorious mouse).

It does have use one standard NiMH AA battery, which like all NiMH batteries may need replacement at some time. Thankfully Logitech makes it much easier access then the batt. was in the Revolution.

Battery Replacement Info for Performance Mouse MX: http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.c...5/cl/us,en

Do you mean you are using non-rechargeable batts. INSTEAD OF using the charger, or that you were swapping them out all the time?
Interested to know if I should pick up some rechargeable along with the mouse.

inkaytown 02-16-2013 04:09 PM

huh? I charge my once a week using the micro usb cable....why are you replacing batteries?

It also charges fully within a couple of hours.

spydersdeals69 02-16-2013 10:32 PM

So, it appears that you have to charge (or change batties) on the MX mouse every week? Is this really true? I only have to change batteries in my M705 once every 6-10 months and it gets used for hours upon hours every single day! :omg:

Yes you have to charge it a couple times a month, its really not that bad though

Prices updated, but MX is at $79.99 online while it shows $49.99 in weekly ad.

This mouse feels so good when I wrap my hand around it. I do have to charge mine every three days but it gets heavy use.

xFierce 02-17-2013 06:57 AM

The keyboard is only B&M only guys. Just called and they told me my store has 6 available, but be aware that you may not necessarily get the color you want.

Reserved two of them for pickup. We'll see how it goes.

The rep said that the coupon would be available (I think automatically when it is added to the cart) for online order later today.

Mencius371 02-17-2013 07:47 AM

Just placed an order for the Performance Mouse MX. Had to call it in to get the $49.99 price. Rep. said that there's a code that should have been on site bringing the price down to $49.99. I didn't ask about the wireless K360 KB.

sphere2040 02-17-2013 08:05 AM

Bummer (squared). Not available online and the two store I went to in North Metro Atlanta have refub items in stock. Good luck to others. Watch out for repacked items when buying in store.

really think it's a mistake on staples part that the price is 22...if instore only, it would note instore only in the ad too and won't allow you to add to cart (like say the kindle fires for example)

slkgn 02-17-2013 11:06 AM

Awesome.
Just got that Performance Mouse MX for $25 plus tax

1) Added to the cart, price showed $79.99
2) Had one of those coupons $25 off $75
3) Checkout out. @ 54.99 plus tax
4) Called Staples and they refunded $30 difference between cart price ($79) and ad price ($49)

In the end $25 plus tax total

was it hard to get the credit?
i just called staples and they said it's in-store only...the rep was very arrogant.. :lmao:

booyaaa 02-17-2013 01:09 PM

anybody price matched at Best Buy with ad?

discmanseller 02-17-2013 01:29 PM

Bought $25 off $75 coupon code on ebay (for $8) and checked out for $79.99.
I called three times. First two times I was told the same thing "in store only", on my third attempt I got a nice CSR and she applied $30 off coupon which she said "should have been automatically applied to the order and was missed" and I got the mouse for $25.

Please note that this item in fact is NOT "in store only" as many other items in the circular are clearly stated as that. So keep on trying.

It really is not that complicated. The thing is that price change was not updated on the website and in their system YET. They should update it very soon. It is NOT in-store only price.

Yea, but at this price, can't really complain about that. :P

Illuminated would just drain the battery faster, and I rarely/never look at my keyboard.

lol my Tron Razer mouse provides enough light in the dark haha

Definitely feels better to type on this than my previous Lite-On wired keyboard. Still have to get used to the location of the Delete key.

jjwhatever 02-17-2013 06:45 PM

Yes, I had it pricematched at Best Buy today in Chicago with showing the Staples ad on my phone. They double checked the Staples ad on a computer and then sold me the Mouse for $50.

Yeap, that sale started today at Staples. I price matched it at Best Buy on Friday. Don't know how the validity dates apply to their price match policy, but it worked for me. Should be able to price match all this week.

I've been using the Performance MX for two years (it was a replacement to my MX Revolution), and I've grown to love it.

But as for your battery issues here's why the Performance MX will help with that:
1.) It can act as a wired mouse at anytime to continue working. Simply plug in any microUSB cable and it will act like a regular wired mouse while charging the battery. I'm doing this right now.
2.) Need it wireless, but don't want to use the cable? No problem. This comes with a Eneloop-lookalike battery that you can charge in an eneloop battery charger or on the fly just swap it with a regular AA battery.

EDIT: I think my favorite thing about the MX is it's impeccable tracking on Glass surfaces with their "darkfield:" technology. Seriously my favorite mouse, right behind the MX Revolution.

...you shouldn't have any problems power wise with the Performance MX. They thought it through.

1 - SDers always have batteries in the house. Usually rechargeables with another set in the charger.

2 - What cheap mice are you using? Any wireless I have right now last *at least* a year on a set of batteries. If I swap the rechargeables on Jan 1, I never have downtime.

That works! Now if we could just get a working code for the keyboard...

ckyc2829 02-18-2013 10:21 AM

Purchased $25 off for $75 coupon code off ebay for $7.50. Called CSR and got them to stack the coupon code with 84839 (hesitate at first but finally budged). So $79.99 - $30.00 - $25.00 = $24.99. Slick deal! :bounce:

Did you place order first with the $30 code and then called up to get the $25 coupon applied or did you do it in one call?

bgstewar 02-18-2013 10:33 AM

chatted with online rep - they will honor the sale prices online but you have to go through them. Annoying.

ckyc2829 02-18-2013 10:58 AM

I did it all in one call. I told them to use the $25 because the mouse is $79.99 and then tack on the $30. Staples CSRs can be a pain to deal with!

dudezz 02-18-2013 11:15 AM

how do i get the 25$ off 75$ staples? I signed up for email and staples rewards but never ever get it. (im not talking about how you used to get it online for 2$ but i want to get real ones from staples mail or email)

alc6907 02-18-2013 11:23 AM

I ordered the keyboard through chat. The rep told me it is supposed to be in-store only. I placed the order and then they credited the difference back to my card.

vortican 02-18-2013 11:25 AM

$30 coupon code works, $25 off $75 coupons purchased off Ebay are very likely fraudulent. I'd avoid them if you have principles.

Otherwise, excellent deal! I've been watching for a slick deal to buy this mouse. Thanks and repped, dude.

Stealth3si 02-18-2013 12:11 PM

I placed the order with the $25 off $75 coupon and then PM'd via Chat.

I just did this exact thing as well. Got my 25 off 75 on ebay and it worked without issue. Was able to test the coupon on the site immediately after receiving it. Totaled 35 bucks after all said and done!

Otherwise, excellent deal! I've been watching for a slick deal to buy this mouse. Thanks and repped, dude.

They arent fraudulent! just because you dont understand doesnt mean you have to say they are fraudulent. All you need is massive emails and you get these Qs all the friggn time.

best buy has the k360 keyboard for $19.99 in store and online..

comes in a nice black color with little white reefs on top and right, very reminiscent of the Windows 8 start screen wallpaper.
