Dell 6000 Laptop Battery in a one pack ($12.00 ) or 3 pack ($22.00)

2 Attachment(s)
I haven't seen a battery for a laptop this cheap in forever. The original cost near $90 and who wants to spend that much on a replacement battery.

This guy on Amazon has a three pack for $22.00

And one for 12.00.

I don't need his other batteries but his prices are too low for me to understand how he is selling them.

for example: 3 for 5 bucks for the Fuji NP50. I don't have this camera but that price is just funny.

For the lazies:

Says "Compatible with 6000, 9200, 9300, 9400" on the battery itself.

the problem is not the price, but the quality of these batteries

I hear you. I got the one pack and is working well so far. They are 4400mAh and seem to hold a charge for a long time. I will update if anything negative happens but so far so good

Is the price too low to put in the title or something?

"Compatibility list inside"

Meaning inside the package? That is ironic for an online purchase. Kind of like buying a bag of crap from Woot?

Also classic:

"3 pack of batteries leaves you having power for an exorbitant amount of time"

Sounds like the guy has no clue....since on the single listing...he put:

"3 for the price of 1"

Problem is? They are so old I doubt anyone on SD would have one of these around.

haha. I didn't even notice that. I got one from the 1 battery listing.

these cheap li-on batteries will last the latter of a month and you'll start seeing them degrade fast.

I wouldn't be suprised if they explode.

Dell sold the 6000 in quantity though and they're still quite popular (just check eBay). The sound quality of the onboard audio system on these is still impressive. The M90 is a 17" hi-res beast with even better quality audio, dedicated video and, best of all an SATA interface so an SSD can cheaply breathe new life into them. Oldies but goodies.
