Got this mouse a while back. It is indeed great for uneven surfaces such as couches or surfaces with decent surface definition. If you plan to use it as a desk/table mouse, make sure your using a surface or mousepad that has decent surface texture as it has trouble tracking movements on flat surfaces such as paper, glass, including some tables.

Been waiting for something like this. Lost my Unified receiver for my K400 and did not wont to 8 or 9 dollars for just a receiver. A few dollars more, I now have a couch mouse.
