This is a very nice motherboard. I have built two machines based on it and have been very pleased.

The memory in this deal is really tall for a mini ITX build, something to keep in mind.

They switched the ram a couple of days ago.

If you're looking into doing a hackintosh, please do yourself a favor and pickup the Gigabyte H77 itx (currently $105) or Z77 itx ($130)

It was a pain in the ass to get sleep working on this board, even with modified bios. Even then, it takes about 3 min to wake up. I just got myself the Gigabyte H77 itx, and everything works right out of the box.
