Pay the 60 extra bucks and get the iPad 3. The Retina screen is amazing.

Pretty sweet deal seeing Apple devices hold their value for a while but it hurts me to spend $300+ on something 2+ years old that was also rebuilt in some way too. Might just hold out for the ipad 5-6? idk whatever is next lol.

Ipad 3 is back in stock too, I know not as good as the $299 but not everyone was able to get one

I got the ipad 2 in white from my husband and in no way does it seem "old." For what I use it for (streaming tv, web surfing, email, apps), this is fine for me. The apple certified refurbished models come with a new battery and same warranty as a "new" machine. I told my husband the only way I would go refurbished is if it came from Apple directly. Cowboom's offers are too risky for my taste and for this price point. I am very happy with my device and I am now getting one for him. They seem to hold their value for quite some time as indicated by TouchMint.
