Great! I have .89 cents in my rewards acct. I put some socks in my cart and after logging into my acct I got the free shipping but how do I get it to take the .89 cents off so I get this free? I can't get the total to get to 0. Shouldn't it automatically use your Shop your Way rewards?

I've been looking for a way to exhaust my funds since I won't be continuing with this free shipping service for long.

Did anyone else's SYWM just....continue? It says my membership has expired but it just let me ship the socks for free. I can't find any charges from them for an annual membership fee.

If I have reward points, will that automatically decrease the total or do I have to do something special. I logged in so free shipping showing up but it didn't use my shop your way rewards I have.

Major fail. Can't submit order. Called their 800 #, was on the phone with them for 20 minutes. They couldn't get an order to go through, either. They suggested calling back later today. Wasted too much time on it already.
