This was $33 shipped after code from Buydig back at the end of January. These look to be packaged as if Costco was going to sell them.

Voice Recognition does not work for Samsung G3 and would not buy again because of it.
Great sound, great battery power. another negative is the bluetooth signal strength. Works about 25 feet from your car, but if you have a house then calls will be answered by the device if you leave the power on. I'd rather not have to turn power on/off or bluetooth on/off if possible. |

Voice recognition doesn't work with S2 either. |
Thanks OP!

good deal for a jabra product, but id say get the jabra cruiser 2, especially if you listen to music on your phone. the journey doesn't seem to have FM transmitter, as opposed to the cruiser 2 that does, and it drops down to $40 often ($55 right now on amazon)

damn just purchased the motorola 505 on ebay for $36...
|
This units are awesome. They works well with my Samsung Galaxy S3, Iphone 4S and Iphone5. I love that it uses motion detection to turn on and pair. Opening the door to my car does the trick, by the time I sit the phone is already pair.
|
I have the cruiser 2 and love it but would this be a good alternative for my gf who doesnt use her fone for music?
|
Roadster 2 is much better product.
|
which one is best for using the car's audio system? for both calls and music.
|
Got this the last time it was this price. It's okay. Great sound easy to use.
My problem is it'll disconnect and reconnect with my phone at random times. Because of the motion sensor, the unit will say that it's powering off when I hit a red light then power back on when I start driving. It doesn't do it often but is annoying when it does. It's does work though.... |

in for 1. Didnt even know this stuff existed! I already have XM Radio hard wired, and have a FM Modulator that connects to my car speakers, already have my cig lighter jacked up with 2 plugs.
Dont need anymore stuff connected to car.. this thing fits the bill! Standalone speaker on visor! Awesome! Thanks and repped! |

most of them will not come with the charger (on ebay) but you can buy a cheap USB / wall charger($2-3) - I believe it takes USB to Mini/Micro USB. I will purchase the cable once i receive the device just to be on a safer side. |
This is junk, I returned mine.
|
in for 1. Thanks!
|
I bought from the last buydig deal.. sending for replacement.. battery issue. Does not hold charge even after charging for the whole night.. probably 1 bad apple in the bag!!!

If using just to transfer after dialing by hand then sure it works well. |
Been looking for one of these things...I'll give this one a whirl...thanks OP

The work around is to remove 'media audio' from the Bluetooth settings after it has been paired. See attachment. I hope this helps. |
I bought one fo these at costco for like $50 for my wife for Xmas. My test call sounded fine, but in the next few weeks, whenever she'd call me (or other people), the Jabra would miss syllables or whole words. Returned it.

Got it today! Works great! Got Siri to work with it (had to remove Location spoofer as it caused Siri to not respond). Very happy. Using it now in home as a second speaker device..really impressed.
