That is a different a camera model. You are referring to the now discontinued FI9820W which was a PAN/TILT camera. Not outdoor. The FI9820W has been replaced with the FI9821W.

This is a FI9802W -- yeah, I know the numbering is similar. Foscam should get more creative with the numbering scheme.

The one posted by OP records video in 720p (1280x720).

The $139.99 camera on eBay records video at: D1(720*576),CIF(352*288),QCIF(176*144).

Did you receive an order confirmation? I purchased and paid through PayPal (which already took the money out) but never got an email from Foscam.
