Correction -> it's a semi-automatic. Just one dart per trigger pull.

Also -> small magazines, only 6 bullets/per (though you can certainly get 18-bullet ones)

And it's a blast -> my son and I have some good battles. Just make sure you buy extra darts.

This is actually semi-auto, btw. Before anyone else becomes confused about the difference between semi-automatic and automatic weapons.

HA that hail-fire is awesome! Too bad it doesnt come with all the darts to fill it up though!

IMO this gun is goofy. It is almost as wide as it is long, at least that is the way it feels, and if you put the 18-dart clips in it, the mechanism that holds the clips literally flexes if weighted improperly with darts and won't always load properly when that occurs. Plus, that makes it nearly as tall as it is wide as it is long, which means you're nearly left holding a cube.

IMO the Stampede is still the king for slinging NERF darts down range in a hurry. Get the 35-round barrel clip, swap in a Li-Po battery (super-easy mod), and an upgraded spring for added fun. :)

Too bad the closest KMart to this metroplex of 6.5M is a three hour drive.
