Just found this great deal on the Samsung 46" LED 3D 1080P 120HZ Smart TV + 2 pair 3D glasses (model UN46ES6500) at Fry's for $699 (regular price $1379). Sale is available in stores only and ends on 03/07/13.

The Fry's near me did not have it in stock and closest store that had it in-stock was 30 miles away. I went to Best Buy and they price matched it with no issues. Total with tax came out to $760.

How exactly did you price match it?

Saw this in store today, pretty sweet TV. If i was in the market for one would definitely have snapped it up.

Will best Buy price match for Frys in NYC also.(there ain't no Frys here so in store only deals make me sad.)
If you are comfortable scanning and uploading your reciept from BEST BUY,and if you kindly do so will they price match here in NYC coz they sold it elsewhere in that price?
I have been TVless for 2 months trying to find the best deal and this I think is best by far.
Would you guys help/suggest?

Just spoke to a best Buy rep.
She said I will have to bring a proof (it could b order number of a scanned version of reciept) of the TV bought in the same price in some other store.

No I had mentioned that best buy in other location price matched a Frys product.
So she said :- bring the proof - copy of sale reciept or order number.
Now they can always refuse later.

According to another thread about a PMed $20 ps3 controller, the new BB policy allows you to PM frys.com as long as it is available instore.
You can order the tv for in store pick up, my local frys in Fountain Valley, CA still has them in stock. Just shove that order number to BB rep to PM. Frys.com does not charge your card until you actually pick up the tv.

BB just price matched with a printout from Frys no questions asked.

Not in My case.
I did get it Price Matched finally but they were reluctant bcoz Frys deal was In-Store California and i was dealing with NYC Best Buy.
I had booked in-Store pickup from BB so that i could go and first ask if they would price match otherwise would just cancel the order....but they by mistake shipped it to my place.
Had i gone to pick it up , they wouldn't have Price matched it.
it was just too much hassle for me to return and for them to pick it up and so they PMed.

BTW . its a great TV and thanks Neptune192 and NTHydro.
true slim TV ( i havent tried the 3D) but loved SMART options.
BTW the PM policy has changed on March 3rd (there is no more 1 month PM option.)
only at the time of buying .
