Rheen79 03-02-2013 09:36 PM

$113.40 by me, would probably buy it if I could get it for $75

gedgar 03-02-2013 09:52 PM

75.60 in Stone Mountain Lowes

RamblinMan 03-02-2013 09:53 PM

Yeah, I see entering different zip codes gives different prices. I typed in NJ zip and showed $189 price still. Sucks. My local zip 89029 will give $75.60 price. Shows 2 in stock, which is true as of this afternoon.

atlr 03-02-2013 10:07 PM

Nice. I'd like a Bosch T4B stand but this stand for 25% of the price of the Bosch will do fine.

Shorted 03-02-2013 10:27 PM

Looks like the prices might be all over the place on this one. $122.85 at the only one within driving range of me that has it in stock. (South Dallas) Not a horrible deal at all but definitely not as good as your find OP. Thanks anyway. :)

RonPaulFan 03-02-2013 10:36 PM

I got it when it was around $110 minus coupon. Put it together but haven't used it with saw but it at least got my Rigid 12 sliding saw off the ground and made it easier to move out of the way.

Slickdeals made me get the $549 Ridgid saw when it was on clearance for $289 and I haven't really used it much.

But hey now I got a deal on something to move around the deal I don't use.

mike_saenz 03-03-2013 12:08 AM

Nice find. 159 at my local store, but will keep an eye out for price drop.

1 left in Boise, ID for $113.

sichejo 03-03-2013 06:56 AM

The prices are all over the place depending on the zip code.

17042 shows 2 of them at $75.60. I wish I needed one...

EPSaves 03-03-2013 07:13 AM

Are we still able to open dual browsers to purchase at local store for the cheaper price?

onefatsurfer 03-03-2013 07:23 AM

Ordered the last 2 in my area.. Last year I got in on this deal: http://slickdeals.net/f/4864216-Porter-Cable-12-Miter-Saw-At-Lowes-54-YMMV

for my two brothers.. Now I got the stand to go with it! :D

Repped, op! Thanks!

fourml8r 03-03-2013 07:35 AM

$113 cheapest of all stores near me.

Was a trick you could use to get it for the lower price in a different area then your local store. No longer works. $151 by me.

wd40 03-03-2013 07:52 AM

$151 in my area...repped anyway...I'm sure other people will get a good deal.

WoozyMoose 03-03-2013 08:16 AM

$113.40 in SE MI.

slippyfox 03-03-2013 08:16 AM

~$150 near 12203 (upstate NY)

germinator 03-03-2013 09:03 AM

One left in citrus heights ca (Sacramento) and Folsom. Both@$75

DAKn2 03-03-2013 09:09 AM

Still $189 in all Chicago 'burb stores....

rolfeskj 03-03-2013 09:31 AM

$151 at my store, they have 3 in stock. If I could get it for $75 I would pair it up with 12" Porter cable miter saw I got for $90 on the last deal.

ADD2SD 03-03-2013 11:10 AM

Thanks OP, placed a order last night for one @ 75. I received the email confirmation for pickup this morning. :)

EPSaves 03-03-2013 11:27 AM

ok so here is what I did:

I added the image to my phone and opened the discounted version in my phones browser. Then went in and asked if they had it in stock (knowing they did not). Then asked them to look to see if I can get free ship to store from a local store.

They could not find it for that price, and could not find it on their mobile devices when they entered the item number so could not ship to store for the $75. So I asked if they could price match for a comparable product.

They agreed to drop this to $100:

http://www.lowes.com/pd_237980-46...facetInfo=

Item number: 237980

(I'd call it a warm deal but I have needed a new stand for a while)

Works for me and hope it helps others.

RamblinMan 03-03-2013 11:44 AM

Congrats to those that got it.

They seem to be flying off the shelves. 2 at my zip are now gone.
Only 1 left in Las Vegas, NV area and 3 left in Phoenix, AZ area.

Good Luck

qtfsniper 03-03-2013 11:48 AM

just curious - why are these so expensive? It's just a stand isnt it?

mike_saenz 03-03-2013 12:34 PM

Scored for 65 plus tax. Local store had it marked for 151. Got lucky with a store manager showing g the picture @ 75.60 and she had cashier mark it down to 75, then I used the 10 off 50 coupon to score @ 65. Clerk had to type in coupon number and it worked. Needed one and great deal, thanks.

rickd2499 03-03-2013 01:45 PM

Same here. I got mine for $75. + tax online and when I showed up at the Lowes to pick it up, I showed them my $10 off $50 coupon and she knocked it down $10. !!

I will put her to work tomorrow.

A BIG THANKS to the OP !

It's a very good miter saw stand

Anon123456 03-03-2013 06:24 PM

Not sure if these things have been discussed before:
a. This table will not fit ridgid 12in sliding compound miter saw (because mounting rails do not slide far enough to fit mounting points of the above saw). About 30min with dremel tool and you will be able to make it fit just fine.
b. Some reviews say that after assembly table wasn't able to open/close - wire is out of adjustment, another 15-20min and table will work just fine.
c. Weight of the table itself plus the a large saw like above will make it impossible to load/offload this tool on/off the work truck or van. But never the less, the table is very stable and of a good quality.

I bought 2. Thank you to who ever posted this.

Jassack04 03-03-2013 07:41 PM

Picked this up today, a Lowes near me in Carlisle, Pa had them for $75. Put it together tonight, and I am pretty impressed with its overall build quality. It looks to be almost identical to Dewalt's rolling miter saw stand (makes sense, they're both owned by Black & Decker).

Corwin 03-03-2013 08:32 PM

VERY nice find. For some reason these Lowes YMMV deals are only available at the low price roughly one out of ten times at my local Lowes. I think I need to move.

kshew97 03-03-2013 10:05 PM

2 left in Dayton

3 found on the top shelf near the ceiling at the Dayton Mall (Ohio) location. Rang up $114, but they price matched the $75 price with no problems. Store was closing as I left, so 2 are still available.

Mounted my DW715 without any problems!

it fit in my wife's 2008 ford focus, so it will probably fit. Might need to put it in the back seat though.. We fit 2 of them upright in the back seat

The box is about 10 x 22 x 40 inches

hmongkeysauce 03-05-2013 11:12 AM

Thanks but I was too late. Had the item in my cart and when I was ready to check out, someone already bought it and that particular store only had 1 in stock. Bummer. Lesson learned. Buy now, return later.

rqb 03-05-2013 11:29 PM

Bought one. Was able to pm a nearby Lowes who had it in stock @ $75.60 My store was at $113.40 Used 10 off 50 for a final price of $65.60 + tx. Sweet!

Very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the stand.

Thanks, RamblinMan!

mahou 03-07-2013 12:13 AM

I just picked one (the last and only one) from store. It is still new box.
The box size is not as big as I thought. It fit into Accord truck easily.

incognitto1 03-07-2013 10:02 AM

I bought one last night also. Will be picking up tomorrow. Been wanting a stand for my mitre saw and this one is mobile so even better :D

How did you get them to price match?

WannabeTechie2 03-19-2013 06:41 PM

Thanks RamblinMan! Online inventory showed OOS but today checked the Southfield,MI store had one left for $75. Used the $10 of $50 to make it $65+tax. Tried using Lowe's card for an extra 5% off but no such luck. Repped RamblinMan!

incognitto1 04-03-2013 11:05 AM

Did anyone have any issues assembling their stand? The right wheel connector doesn't seem to fit all the way in and therefore the screw holes don't line up. Lowes doesn't have 1 for me to exchange and it's such a good deal that I don't want to return it. I guess I'll have to break out my dremel and make to holes line up

I haven't had any problems with assembly. Sounds like some of the tubular steel got warped or bent? Nothing a rubber mallet can't fix!

Thanks for the reply. I guess I must have gotten the 1 in a million with 1 part not fitting. Funny you mentioned a rubber mallet because I did try that but it didn't help

Should be a toll-free number to call for no-charge replacement / missing parts
