It's getting closer; however, this doesn't include the BCG. Pre-insanity was around $350 including the BCG.

I dont ever remember it ever being that cheap. Before the panic a PSA stripped lower was selling for $60 bucks & LPK for a $120 bucks. If uppers really were selling as low as $350 including the BCG, That would mean you could build a complete PSA rifle for $545. I added another $15 for the charging handle. I know this are blemished items, but I still never recall being able to build one THAT cheap.

From what I remember you could build a complete PSA rifle for about $650-700 depending on configuration. I've helped plenty of people choose their parts & assemble their PSA rifle once they received everything. And generally speaking about $700 is what they spent on parts for a complete rifle.

Regardless.. $350 upper + 130 bcg + $15 charging handle + $120 stripped lower + $150 lpk = A complete PSA rifle right now for $765. At that price its now what I would consider a non-panic buy. And relatively great deal considering the rest of the market. Even better as long as you live in a "free" state, there will be no AR legislation to worry about. So you could possibly do a little better.. buy waiting another month or two for prices to fall a bit more.
