30% or better off Dell Outlet Business Venue 11 Pro Tablet

1 Attachment(s)
There is a 30% off coupon for any Dell Venue 11 Pro tablet. There are also better coupons for two specific configurations.

Any configuration
  • Save 30% on any Dell Outlet Business Venue 11 Pro Tablet (Core & Atom) with coupon code WBT?00$GNCWZLH.
A specific i3 configuration (Now $385)
  • Save $210 on any Dell Outlet Venue 11 Pro - IntelĀ® Core Tablet priced at $595 with coupon code M4ZN58GMLQ2F2T.
A specific i5 configuration (Now $455)
  • Save $220 on any Dell Outlet Venue 11 Pro - IntelĀ® Core Tablet priced at $675 with coupon code 8B?71M?J03WCLR (not seeing any in stock right now. May require a call/chat).
Online Inventory [dell.com]

The coupons for specific i5 are a joke. You get 4GB RAM and 128GB SSD for $455.
Using the normal 30% coupon for 8GB and 256GB SSD get's you to $475.
So for $20 you get 4GB RAM and 128GB SSD extra. A no brainer. :)
Never understand their pricing anyways. I guess it depends on the employee entering the systems. Doesn't make any sense to have a i5 4300Y 4/128GB Win 8.1 Pro for the same price as the i5 4300Y 8/256GB Win 8.1 Pro ($679).
Then they have a i5 4300Y 8/256GB listed for $759 with the same configuration compared to the one for $679.

magoomba 08-06-2014 01:53 PM

Something messed up with their ordering site.
Can't get past to "Select Warranty and Accessories".

The system was not able to process your request.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again. If this error re-occurs during business hours (M-F, 8am-6pm CST), you may also call 1-800-WWW-DELL for assistance from a Dell Outlet sales representative. Thanks for shopping Dell Outlet!

I've always wondered what their pricing model is based off of. Maybe it has something to do with the repair that was done to the item before being certified as a refurb?

KidFresh 08-06-2014 03:05 PM

What's the lowest price the Venue Pro 11 Atom has sold for, guys? I'm definitely looking into picking one up.

Around $250 is the lowest AC that I have seen. I'm waiting too...

Dell Outlet New condition I picked up during one of these rounds was 240$, with free shipping (had to call for that and bounce around to 6 different departments, but whatever, got it) using a 25% coupon. No Office for that price though, that's why such a good price and the reason for the Dell Outlet New condition.
Refurbs were in the 280-290$ range if I remember correctly, again with the 25% coupon at the time.

They've jacked the prices for the last few rounds, so just be careful and make sure it's actually a good price...

jkast 08-06-2014 03:37 PM

What about the lowest price for the i5 with 256gb ssd and 8gb of ram?

IgetThis 08-06-2014 03:58 PM

What I also don't get is the new model Venue 11 Pro Atom.
Different CPU Z3795, Windows 8.1 64 bit. Still only has 2GB of RAM.
I always thought that everyone was waiting for the 64bit version and 4GB RAM and I really thought they would deliver but NOPE.. :shake:

KidFresh 08-06-2014 04:49 PM

Scratch-and-dent, Atom Z3770, 64GB, MS Office Home for $327 after tax. Gonna flip the MS key on eBay. Thoughts?

WannabeTechie2 08-06-2014 06:52 PM

Picked up an i3 pro 128GB. Thanks for the heads-up dealseaker! Repped!

fatdealz 08-06-2014 10:30 PM

When filtering to Venue 11 Pro's with the i5-4300Y processor, there are 2 options that look to be the same. One is priced at $679 and one at $759. Can anyone tell me what the differences are between the two?

All else being equal: Customer rep once said it's due to its time on the shelf. Reps have been known to make up things, but that's the only answer I've found.

Pizzahut 08-07-2014 12:43 AM

previously got better prices on brand new ones then these refurbished models...

PeteyTheStriker 08-07-2014 12:49 AM

All of the 8Gb ones are gone... I click on them and nothing but errors.

This might be a good thing just read horrible reviews and a dell cover up about the dell venue pro's from having screen freezing issues, rebooting, and the pen stop working. I3 surface pro 3 it is.

I would like to know as well what the quality of scratch-and-dent products from Dell are like.

In my experience they are great. Very few scratches and dents...if any.

I picked one up- was concerned about the reviews as well. To date I've had zero issues. No freezes, no rebooting, pen works like magic. I have a feeling it took Dell 5+ months to work out all issues, update drivers, etc. But, for what its worth, my refurbished 8Gb i5 is awesome.

Any deals on the keyboard lately? I know the MS store had them for $70 but I missed that.

Call the MS store. They are OOS online and few stores have them, but they will still offer to ship for free for same $70, one day to your home.

Try to add it to cart then tell me it works, I get as far as you do too, its after you hit add that it does not work.

Im tempted to give it a shot too, and just return it after extensive testing. The last horror story was from last month.... just a few ago... so its still happening it seems.

You must have a corrupted session. You need to close all your browser windows or start an InPrivate/Incognito session.

I was just able to put one in the cart. See the time stamp (must be UTC time).

magoomba 08-07-2014 11:25 AM

That's stupid, the price has to be exactly $675 to apply the coupon?
Doesn't work for one that is $679.

Use the 30% off coupon. It's a better deal on a better configuration.

Is this for the mobile or the other type of keyboard and you just have to call it in and they have them???

Thanks!

I inquired about the mobile one, but did not go as far as purchasing. The wife shot that one down after buying the tablet itself...

It's a great item to have. I just tried them via phone but they said no go on it. Offered me something for $99.99 but I think it's just the standard one.

Thing that's good about the keyboard is not only the battery life and having physical keys, but it's also easy to use to rest on something like a laptop can.

Thanks for the heads up in spite I could not get one!

KidFresh:

Just to be clear, you got a 64gb tablet for $429.00 before the coupon code? Because I've been looking for a few hours now, and the cheapest I find for that configuration is $469.00.

Thanks.

The ones I see for $469 are New not scratch and dent.

edit: just seen one scratch and dent for $469.. crazy to have new and scratch and dent for same price.

CompassionateVeg 08-07-2014 03:26 PM

Darnit, the only one that seems to be working is the 128/ 8gb model. That one is 475. I hope the 256/8gb gets back in stock.

CompassionateVeg 08-07-2014 03:35 PM

Finally got a 8gb/256ssd model!!! YES!!!
If others are trying, keep checking back. It was the 475 after discount. Great deal for a stellar model!

Yes. I had to keep refreshing the page every few minutes yesterday afternoon and found a scratch and dent one for $429. It appeared that they kept going in and out of inventory.

My order status reflects that I was upgraded to next business day delivery and should receive delivery by tomorrow. Still "in production" status right now so who knows.

johnnyp0311 08-07-2014 07:00 PM

would be great if the site worked.

Just received my tablet this morning. I'm in the process of setting it up now. Cosmetically, it looks flawless for a scratch and dent.

Congrats.

I've been checking frequently for the last 24 hours, and the cheapest I've seen is $449.00. I think I will just buy it at that price.

ComicConBooBoo 08-10-2014 09:49 AM

i ordered one last month, came with a defective charger. than updating the bios failed. sent it back and they supposable fixed it.

didnt replace the doa charger and they couldnt put it back together correctly and sent it with the power button jammed in the on position.

Tried calling a couple of times but they tell me they can't see what's in-stock at the physical store. The people I spoke with sounded clueless and I even had to tell one of them how to search for the keyboard online...

FYI - does not come with a stylus. There was a previous deal on the stylus from Dell directly, and certain places seem to have it on sale periodically. (B&H, etc.)
