Panda Security has a plea to you -- our valued customer -- regarding the rebate check you received for your recent anti-virus software purchase: If you have not yet cashed your rebate check, please do not cash it.
We have just learned that the company handling our rebate checks has filed for bankruptcy protection. Accordingly, they are unlikely to honor your rebate check, even though Panda Security has already paid for them for it.
Panda Security plans to issue a replacement check directly to you within two weeks. In addition, if you have previously cashed your rebate check and incur any fees back from your financial institution, please let us know and we will promptly reimburse you.
