Glade Plugins Scented Oil Warmer

Not sure if this has been posted before, if it has please disregard.
Today I bought (4) 2pk scented oil refills and (1) scented oil warmer that costs .99 cents, and I received $10 ECB, so I guess the warmer was also giving back $2 ECB.
Also does anybody know what the limit for this is?
My receipt shows 5 towards my quantity but it doesn't show limit reached.
