I have revised the steps on getting multiple unique coupons due to changes to the cvs.com home page. Here are the steps:
1. Go to
this link [cvs.com] or
this link [cvs.com]
2. Right click on the flash object (right click on the "start quiz now" area) and choose settings
2. There are 5 little icon tabs at the bottom of the settings screen, click on the folder icon tab
3. Slide local storage to 0 kb (it should ask you whether or not to delete cvs related info)
4. Click on ok to delete
5. Move the slide back to 100kb and click on close
6. Begin the Quiz
7. Print your coupon
8. Hit the F5 key or the "refresh" button on your browser and start from step 2 again if you want another unique coupon.

I just found that if you delete the flash cookie for the cvs site it will print a unique coupon each time from same browser/pc. To do that:
1. right click on the flash object (right click on the start survey area) and choose settings
2. Click on the folder icon tab
3. Slide local storage to 0 kb (it should ask you whether or not to delete cvs related info)
4. click on ok to delete
5. move the slide back to 100kb and click on close
6. begin the survey
7. Click on the CVS logo on top of the page and start from step 1 again if you want another unique coupon.
give the above a try and see if you get a unique coupon code like I just did.
*update to add that I have tried the above method with IE several times and got a unique coupon code each time.
