How to get it at the bottom:

While logged on slickdeals, click this link and scroll down to "Thread Display Options" and go to "Forum Jump Bar" choose "Both" and click the save changes button at the bottom




End Result:

Bottom Forum Jump Bar closed -- now when you are at the bottom of a thread, you can go to any main forum page as seen here
