I think the 200 hits the sweet spot for Vitamix models because it has what you need (7yr warranty, variable speed, 64oz jar) and nothing you don't ("bonus" recipes, specific presets [e.g. "smoothie", "soup", etc.], ginsu knives [costco.com]).
