I feel that you don't have to get anything special for touchpad, it is just a AC-to-USB adapter, with some specs on output power.
Any cheap wall charger on Amazon [amazon.com] would work, or some for FAR [macmall.com] all the time


EDIT: I quoted the output specs on the original wall charger for TouchPad borrowed from my roommate as below
"OUTPUT: 5.3V - 2.0A"
so as long as it's ~5 volts with some Amp coming out, say even 800mA, it'll charge your touchpad, just a little bit slower.

I personally wouldn't spend 8 bucks on a charger, whose job could be done by couple of cents...
