We're VERY jaded here as consumers. Insight (like CDW, PC Connection, Mall etc) are VAR's (Value Added Resellers) with 99.8% of their focus on SMB (Small/Medium Business) and in all honesty guys, don't care about consumers, nor cater to them. The Touchpad debacle was just that, a freaking debacle. Honestly take a step back and ask yourself is a $2+Billion company cares about your $99 Touchpad. The answer is no, even if 5% of the people that happened too could be potential business clients, the math still equals = who cares.
They (again, like CDW, PC Connection, Mall) are a Fortune 1000 company, publicly traded, and very trustworthy, just don't expect a red carpet like you get at Staples....it's not the same model.
