Buyer beware of cardpool. I ordered a gift card over 3 weeks ago from them, and it I still havent received it. They have also never replied to any of my emails.
I ordered an electronic gift card that was supposed to take 24 hours only to be delivered. Never heard from them until I filed a BBB complaint, sent several emails, etc. No customer service there, no way to call them. I've sold to them before with no problems. The order I placed supposedly didn't go through because they had "inventory problems". Whatever - would have been nice to know days earlier, rather than have to wait to see if my card was going to be charged before going elsewere to buy. Why can't you call them for help and why don't they answer emails?
On the other hand, I ended up buying from giftcardrescue.com - JCP cards there at 27% off, but you have to check their stock daily - and the cards were mailed out really fast with tracking. Unfortunately, they don't have ecards, but at least I know where my order stands.
