The sales tracking system tracks when higher sales happens. According to this data they schedule employees hours for the next week. Employee could get 40 hours or 30 hours, they never get to know. Employees never get to know what time and hours they will work next week. If employee wants to change time due to baby care or any other reason, NO GO. This is just a one example how China-Mart treat their employees.
