The user manual for this is supposedly not as good as the user manual for the sunbeam version (this Rosewill is just a rebranded sunbeam breadmaker). So get the Sunbeam instruction manual here:
Also, as a single gal it's hard to use up an entire loaf of bread before it looses it's freshness. So just a tip for anyone in the same boat ....
There's a few great uses for stale bread.
The staler the bread the better the french toast, because the dryer bread is the more milk/egg/vanilla mixture the bread can soak up.
Stale bread also makes excellent breadcrumbs (great for breading chicken cutlets, etc.)
Stale bread can also be used to make croutons for salad.
