I got he other cheap Shun Chinese chef's knife with the metal handle. I paid $90 for it couple years ago on Amazon. It's a very sharp and nice knife but I was careless and put a a small notch on the blade while boning the turkey. Send it back to Shun for repair and got it back couple weeks later but it's not sharp as before. Just make sure to slice only vegetables or meat and stay away from the bone.
Good deal, but I'm not a Chinese chef.
You have to be an Iron Chef to use this knife...
