That should help but these are preseasoned and will become even more nonstick over time anyway as you cook with it, I'd find doing that process 7 times to be tedious given you could just cook with it for a week or two. If you wait until the pan is warm to cook and use fat to cook it should be fairly nonstick anyway even if poorly seasoned.
